Need to pay attention of amenities providing to the customers. I found some stuffs are improper. But the location is great, accessible to every main sites around south tangerang

I left my credit card after check in and the server promise to send it back but finally he’s gone and dont want reply my message:). In the first time for check in he help me as well. Hence, I left good review in the domestic application which he worked. But after that he just leave me with my hopeness :(

Trip.com did not manage the booking with the propery directly, but with third party that own the unit I booked. So when I went to the receptionist to check-in, they could not find my booking. I have to wait for more than 1 hour to check-in, after I contacted the Customer Service of trip. com. This was really a very bad experience with trip.com. Actually you should inform me about the check-in procedure to the property. And the contact number to the agent that own the unit I booked. You have to notice that information is a very important thing for your customer.. ..

the hotel with reasonable price and near by the Snack Street but the hotel's hygiene is not good enough and the facilities are very old. The staff there can only speak Indonesian

Selalu puas setiap nginep di Hotel Praya, mau pas bareng pasangan ataupun liburan bareng keluarga. Suasananya tenang, kamarnya bersih, dan fasilitasnya lengkap. Pelayanan stafnya juga ramah dan cepet banget proses check-in/check-out nya. Lokasinya pun strategis. Kebetulan udah pernah nyobain tipe kamar double bed sama twin bed, dan keduanya terbukti sama-sama nyaman. Sangat direkomendasikan!
