總體還是不錯的，對的起棉蘭城市的這個五星級標準吧，因為嚐嚐常常過來印尼過來棉蘭出差，挑來挑去最後還是選上了這個酒店🏨，總體入住體驗可以。設施設備如果能更新一些就最好了

工作人員的服務很體面。但是房間嚴重欠缺。牀沉入..走廊有異味。空調噪音很大。確實有無煙房,但許多客人無視規則,如果你不幸,就像我被分配了一個房間旁邊非常重的吸菸者,他的房間的煙霧通過隔斷門的縫隙進入我的房間。

飯店位置絕佳，就在棉蘭市中心。 飯店對面是大型購物中心：Delipark Mall，Sogo百貨是主力店。 頂樓有很多餐廳和電影院。 飯店保全非常嚴密，讓我感到很安全。 酒店員工熱情歡迎我們入住。

我們在這裏住了一晚,第二天趕火車,房間本身不錯,乾淨,牀很舒服,非常適合短暫停留。 然而,所有房間都直接開到主大堂,所以一大早就會很吵。如果你是一個淺睡者,這絕對會令人不安。走廊裏還有一個非常大的除溼機,發出不斷的、令人不快的噪音。

整體來說不錯的飯店。不幸的是，健身房不值得去。早餐非常美味，有一些當地特色菜。水龍頭流出的水有點黃/橘色。尚不清楚這在棉蘭是否常見。

Room with a window, with normal Wi-Fi. There is a large work desk, a large bed. The only thing missing is a refrigerator. This is one of the best hotels in the city, so we can safely recommend it for check-in. Hearty breakfasts, a restaurant downstairs where you can eat throughout the day for not the highest prices. Good location next to a large shopping center, supermarket and night food outlets.
