第一次在利物浦,住在班輪,我很高興我們做到了 真的很享受我們在這裏的住宿,預訂了1晚含早餐,早上我和丈夫決定問我們是否可以預訂同一房間多住一晚,這不是問題工作人員真的很有禮貌,沒有什麼是問題,我們預訂了行政套房,有私人浴室,有浴缸,淋浴間非常乾淨,提供毛巾,超級特大牀最好的是非常舒適的枕頭對我來說有點軟,但仍然睡得很好,我們還有一個帶49英寸電視和角落沙發的休息室。即使它就在火車站旁邊,它從未打擾我們,因爲它沒有大聲,能夠看電視,晚上11點左右停止了公告。餐廳是可愛的美味食物,早餐是自助餐,可以選擇你想要多少,可以回去更多。我會回來的

Lovely big rooms, however can get cold due to this. However could have been a fault of our own as we didn’t alter the thermostat. Bathroom was nice but if you have the option don’t choose a bath in the room and the shower is not the best. I have stayed here previously in a shower room and they are superior. We missed out on the spa if you want to go you now have to pre book which we weren’t informed about potentially Trip.com’s fault and not the hotel.

這不是我們在利物浦住過的最好的酒店。 積極的一面是房間很乾淨，酒店位置也很棒。  另一方面，房間非常小，淋浴門漏水，空調機組非常吵（聽起來就像機組內有氣泡）。我們報告了噪音問題，並被告知所有房間都有相同的噪音。  由於我們沒有在酒店吃飯，所以我無法評論食物。

我昨晚 27.5 在漢諾威街 L1 酒店住了一晚，大部分感覺都很好 - 房間、清潔度和早餐都很好，這彌補了我無法使用游泳池的問題。我預訂這家酒店是因為它有游泳池，但當時我沒有意識到已經是學期中期了。因此，當我在那裡的時候，游泳池裡一直擠滿了孩子。我只能去桑拿，這時我聽到一些孩子在笑著說要製造海氣……比賽誰在水下放的屁最多。雖然我能理解其中的幽默，但我真的很反感，這也證實了我根本不能使用游泳池，而且游泳池一直很吵，沒有游泳的空間。 這種無法進入的情況會嚴重影響我以後在那裡的住宿計劃，即使是在學校開學期間，出於這個原因，我也不會在周末去那裡。

我們訂了標準間,很不錯。很寬敞,新裝修,衛生間很大。前台在酒吧裏面,從外面很難看到。也許可以改進,從外面增加一些方向。總的來說,房間不錯。週六晚上我得到了99歐元左右。價格可能會根據日期變化。

這家皇冠廣場酒店位於利物浦郊區,是利用廢棄的候機樓改建的，但是到城裡頭還是比較方便的，旁邊也有比較大的超市，酒店的房間屬於四星級的標準客房還是相當不錯的。

The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city. What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking. The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place. Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Perfect for weekend city breaks, concert-goers, or anyone wanting to soak up Liverpool's vibrant atmosphere.
