Very nice hotel . Staff is very helpful. We missed the check-in email. They were helping us to sort it out when arrival. I gave top rate and recommended to my friends.

Good location, friendly staff. Lovely quiet room. Breakfast was good, not a massive choice but good quality. Did not eat in the restaurant but looks lovely, nice menu, will definitely return.

Conflicting information and advice. Told car parking chargers was included in booking tariff but no so upon check-in. When requested time of expiry of parking period was given two separate and different times. Upon checking out and waiting for a taxi the lounge bar was not staffed for then time of waiting approximately 30 minutes for the purchase of a coffee. The room was ok not the standard well expected as nd the floor appeared to be unstable resulting in creaking to such an extent as to not being able to move about whilst my partner was sleeping. We found the check-in. Staff not particularly helpful and unwelcoming.

El lugar está ubicado en los jardines de otro Hotel que queda impresionante, las habitaciones son amplias, el servicio atento, si le he de poner una pega sería que el desayuno del ultimo día no había nada cocinado ya que por un problema no tenían cocinero ese día... Por lo demás perfecto!

我只住了一晚,但有一個寬敞乾淨的房間,牀很舒服,很棒。我喜歡晚餐,雖然選擇有限,而且自助早餐非常好。酒店交通便利,旁邊就是火車站,對我來說很理想。工作人員也很友好,熱情。
