訪訪客用戶Great little hotel in Toulouse. Really convenient location for everything - 10 min walk from train station, 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus stop, 10 min walk to city centre.
Genuinely friendly and helpful staff!
Loved that you could grab a coffee and a pastry free of charge.
The room itself is on the small side but nice.
Amenities were good as well, including hair conditioner and body lotion.
The only thing I was slightly annoyed by was the location of the light switches - you open the door to the bathroom, realise that the light’s not on, start fumbling around for the switch, but can’t find it because it’s covered by the door you just opened)
Also there aren’t many power outlets, I had to unplug the hotel phone to plug in my charger

JJust love travel by Jax飯店和照片上一模一樣。我很驚訝被要求支付150歐元的押金，預訂前應該更透明一些。很難找到這句話出現在哪裡。
另外，我住在5樓的房間幾乎沒辦法睡覺，因為房間裡瀰漫著很濃的烹飪氣味，我不知道是從哪裡飄來的。很遺憾，因為這家飯店離圖盧茲火車總站很近。

訪訪客用戶Outst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

訪訪客用戶Posizione eccezionale a circa 150m dal santuario, circondato da tanti locali e ristoranti. Di fronte all’hotel è possibile prendere in prestito le sedie a rotelle, qualora ci fossero persone disabili. Buona la colazione internazionale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente.

圖盧茲民宿酒店–點評
酒店地理位置優越,適合遊覽Cité de l'Espace。我們能夠在酒店停車,步行到景點,很方便。我們遇到的工作人員很可愛,房間很乾淨。還有良好的免費Wi-Fi和壁掛式電視。
然而,有幾個缺點。
我們晚上9點到達,發現現場沒有工作人員。相反,我們不得不使用數字入住系統來獲取大樓和我們房間的代碼。由於我們有兩個人,系統在發佈代碼之前需要爲每位客人提供單獨的細節和電子郵件地址,這在長途旅行後令人沮喪。
隔壁的餐廳關門了(週末或公共假日不開門),所以我們不得不走一英里路去找食物,晚上很晚的時候不理想。
空調效果不好,噪音很大但實際上沒有吹任何涼風,我們最後打開窗戶,但這是一個非常熱的夜晚,所以這沒什麼幫助
牀上用品不是100%棉質的,這使得它在炎熱中不舒服。
最後,淋浴非常小,不適合更大的人。
房間裏沒有地毯。

匿匿名用戶位於市中心，地理位置非常好，交通、遊玩都十分方便。但是衛生條件太差，而且連住六天都不提供打掃房間和更換床單的服務。
而且空間很小，但勝在價格便宜。
最大的問題是隔音效果超級差！只能在深夜無人上下樓時才能睡著。早上都是被其他房客上下樓的腳步聲吵醒！
前台雖然不會熱情地打招呼，但需要幫忙的時候也十分nice。

Un immense merci à Sylvie, la réceptionniste de l’hôtel Première Classe Tarbes, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. J'avais réservé une chambre simple, mais elle a eu la délicatesse et la générosité de m’installer gracieusement dans une chambre plus spacieuse. Un geste qui m’a vraiment touché. Ce genre d’attention est rare et mérite d’être souligné. Je rajouterai que les chambres sont en très mauvais état , draps déchirés dans ma chambre.Toutefois ce n'est pas la faute du staff... A suive.
