SsybbiesontheroadThe service is impeccable. I planned to take the bus and leave Albi and a very friendly staff reminded me that the bus service might stop as it was national holiday. Turns out there was indeed no bus service and that could be a problem as I have reserved a non-refundable hotel already in my next destination. The staff (a few in fact) very kindly help me check alternative ways to get to my next destination and connect with my next hotel (I don't speak French). In the end I booked tickets to the nearest train station and the staff helped liaise with my next hotel that offered to pick me up from that train station. Truly appreciate the help!
