托雷莫里斯 有停車場的飯店

The most bare hotel I have been to. Kettles need to be rented for a charge + deposit. There are no cups or cutlery in the room. Mini fridge is empty. I think I can understand why the hotel went for such measures given the crowd that is staying there - too many wild screaming Britons. Breakfast tables have nothing but a cloth. Lounge chairs are bare plastic making them very uncomfortable to use. Most of the chairs are in fact not available for use because guests dump their towels to reserve them and then not show up for hours. Staff allow this behaviour. The loud entertainment went on till 23:30 (accompanied by partying guests next door) so if you want to sleep any time before that - forget it, it's like trying to sleep inside a night club. Beach towels are not provided, bathroom towels cannot be taken out so if you didn't bring your own - tough. It is a beach property but the beach is private and hotel guests do not get any discounts. The shower was hot and had good pressure but there was hair left in the drain. Beds seemed good at first but I woke up with back pain. Went up to take a look at the roof terrace which looked lovely but we didn't stay for a drink. All in all the hotel was not for us and certainly would not recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing place.

Beautiful Hotel - lovely staff. Perfect location - open the gate and onto promenade.full of restaurants/ shops/ children’s play area - beautiful sandy beach with sun beds and parasols. Hotel is elegant and extremely clean. Charming staff, huge clean rooms with robes and slippers! Mini fridge / TV with English channels/toiletries/ kettle/ hairdryer- home from home. Family games in pool / entertainment programme. Plenty of sun Ed’s all with table and umbrellas. Love this hotel - our go to resort!

Cheap Hotel (not bcuz of the price they charge). Paper thin walls, you can hear everything (I could hear someone’s snoring all night long). Beds are no comfortable at all, my back hurts (I’m a young person with no back problems). They don’t give you toothbrush, toothpaste, soap or shampoo (not even air plugs, with this walls should be mandatory). There’s NO ELEVATOR (you have to go up or down lots of stairs to go anywhere). The airport shuttle has a fixed itinerary (every 2 hours) it’s too much if you ask me, at least should be every hour. There’s no phone in the room to call reception, it was pouring at the time of check out and I got socked.

住宿環境還行，也就過得去。 但是自助餐，大廳晚上的表演，後面的泳池各種沙發椅子曬太陽非常不錯，離海邊非常近，海灘是黑灰沙，打點折扣。總體在附近來說，這家酒店非常棒了有性價比。 （為何寫評論？衹為了幫助大家了解情況，因為我感覺網上點評幫我出遊少踩了太多的坑，互相幫助吧。）

Para pasar unos días en familia el hotel se puede recomendar. La comida es el punto flojo. La calidad no está mal pero no tiene sabor.

Het was netjes alleen jammer dat je om eerder in te checken 25 euro moet betalen en voor later uitchecken 15 euro per uur dat tikt aan als je een late vlucht hebt kun je beter een nacht bijboeken.

如預期。半學期結束時忙。 超值,包括早餐和晚餐。 也許對家庭來說更好,但我們在去機場的路上只住了1晚。 房間很大,很乾淨。一個但老式但很好。 我注意到酒店裏很多玻璃不乾淨,到處都是指紋,所以不太好! 退房是上午11點,不是12點,因爲Trip.com指定了,但他們親切地說我們可以呆到12點。 可愛的員工

訂的正面海景套房，40平，比較大，住的挺舒服，房間有暖氣，價格包括了早餐和午餐，屋子裡的小吃和飲料也免費，酒店有自己的停車場，不像評論裏寫的15歐一晚上，實際上去酒店前台領取一個二維碼小條，出去掃碼就免費了。酒店6公里有一個馬拉加奧特萊斯，想購物可以去逛逛。

這個酒店屬於度假酒店，不屬於傳統的四星級商務酒店，有很多英國度假旅行團，出門就是海灘。房間很大並單獨帶一個起居室，各項服務中規中矩，也沒有傳説中的不堪，從價格來看可以接受。

我通常在Torremolinos住儀式酒店,總是有很棒的體驗...這次沒有看到前台的工作人員更靈活,以滿足客戶的要求和體驗。 當我預訂時,指定強烈偏好不在一樓的房間,抵達和辦理入住時,我被告知,但前台說我分配的房間在一樓,直接違揹我在預訂筆記中明確表示的偏好。 我立即向酒店工作人員提出這個問題,提醒他們我先前的要求,我被告知酒店已經訂滿了,沒有其他房間可用。 我堅信,如果在房間評估期間考慮到我的詢問,我的請求本來可以得到滿足......顯然沒有以客戶爲中心的心態,這非常令人失望。
