一般,是3星體驗。 優點:清潔服務好,自助餐大部分時間都還可以,酒店位置離海邊很近。 最大的缺點是“全包”,絕對不能與土耳其全包相比。首先,支付全包費用的遊客在迷你酒吧裏得不到任何東西,甚至沒有水。您可以從酒吧從飲水機獲得水,但您必須有自己的瓶子。此外,他們的“全包”不包括酒吧的許多飲料,以及主酒吧附近的餐廳和大海。“全包”冰淇淋是一個笑話,而不是普通的冰淇淋,你得到的只有2或3個基本冰淇淋的最小版本,所有其他你需要支付。另外,“小吃吧”位於酒店外面,食物本身也不算太差,但相當基本,面積很小,靠近兒童游泳池。對於海灘毛巾,你需要提供10歐元的現金押金,如果你想在海灘上帶傘的躺椅,你需要支付25歐元一天的使用。海灘上的酒店酒吧也是非“全包”的。 因此,在所有酒店的位置中,您只能在2個酒吧和1個“小吃酒吧”+自助餐中使用您的全包福利。 總體來說酒店還不錯但不好 只會建議去那裏有選擇牀+早餐,並支付其餘的餐點和飲料。它會便宜,你不會感覺像一個局外人或乞,在酒店周圍詢問你可以在哪裏吃飯。因爲我們就是這樣感覺的。 P.S. 俄羅斯女士在成人唯一的酒吧提供驚人的服務,非常樂於助人和善良:)

哇。我能說什麼？這家飯店很漂亮。離遊樂園非常近，飯店很漂亮。我對酒店員工和所提供的服務非常滿意。我選擇了全包服務，早餐很棒，有很多選擇，午餐在公園內吃的，很美味，晚餐也不錯。絕對推薦這家酒店，明年一定會再預訂。

I was not fully satisfied with our stay in hotel Best Da Vinci. I did the reservation with the information that the breakfast is 7.7 euro per person. When we arrived to the reception for check in , the receptionist said is it is 12 euro per person per day and she told us this is the price even I was showing my reservation details regarding breakfast cost. She said she will speak with her manager on breakfast price but nobody came back to us for this issue. We had to pay 12 euro per person/day for the breakfast. The second day of the stay , they didn’t provide room cleaning and we requested to change towels change and they gave new towels. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach and the entertainment was good. We appreciated about these 2 things during our stay.

The hotel was easy to find and was extremely comfortable. The beds were soft and the room was spacious. The hotel looked like a resort very close to the sea. It looked very luxurious and it was very clean. We had a great stay! Strongly recommended. The customer service offered help in English easily.

On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

好的地方： 酒店位置很好，環境也很好，可以直接入園，房間夠大，雖然設施老但還算乾淨。酒店內的泳池也很不錯。 不好的地方也很突出： 房間不提供紙巾，連水杯都沒有，很不方便。飲用水要到外面的售賣機自己買，而且極貴，一瓶500ml的水要3歐。前台電話沒人接，酒店服務員態度很好，但是英語水平有限。

一切都是正確的。酒店相當簡單,房間合適,4星。 你在公園裏的確是真的。 入口和到達接待時間有點慢,大羣難以入住,只有2人接待。 停車場的價格是18€,但廣場卻很寬

去之前沒想到人這麼多，感覺全歐洲的人都跑到冒險港來了，住酒店送了冒險港樂園和法拉利公園的門票，這個價格還包含早晚餐，性價比還是很高的，酒店以度假村形式存在，散落在大堂周圍一圈，私密性還是挺不錯的，有兩個很大的泳池，不深，孩子自己就可以在裏面玩，我們在邊上的餐吧喝酒，房間的話，一樓最優，因為門前有個小露台，離泳池又特別近，我們在那裡呆了兩晚，感覺還不錯，酒店離樂園稍微有點遠，不過後來找到小路穿過去就近多了，樂園很大，玩的遊樂設施也很多，過山車也很好玩，就是人有點多。園區不提供任何瓶裝水，我們喝不了他們的Tap water，歐洲的水質都非常硬，一瓶水330毫升的要賣3歐，非常貴，酒店下午3點才給住，但不提供免費寄存行李，所有行李必須自己花錢存。

El hotel precisa una reforma urgente. No todo vale. Desayuno buffet con productos de muy baja calidad. Horribles los zumos, el café y los calientes. Buena ubicación. Buena atención en recepción. Durante el desayuno, ausencia de personal en general. Habitación con mobiliario muy viejo.
