飯店地理位置優越，靠近大自然，這點非常值得肯定。房間和浴室都非常乾淨整潔。最棒的是健身中心：這麼漂亮乾淨的健身中心我很久沒看過了。真的很棒的飯店，值得一去。

房間寬敞舒適衞生，房間陽台正對着美麗的阿爾卑斯湖view很美。取暖設施完善且工作穩定。早餐豐富很不錯。工作人員友好且禮貌。去新天堡及高天鵝堡都很方便。如果想徒步從阿爾卑斯湖去小天鵝湖。非常推薦這家酒店。就是可能因為樓下有餐廳，開窗換氣時間不能太長，不然會有許多蒼蠅🪰飛進耒。

這家在訂的時侯還沒感覺它能有多好，到飯店時找不到（因為外觀改建了，網站還用舊建築在第一頁）😆，免費停車，早餐不是自助式，開始提供A4一張紙自己提早餐要吃什麼，結果隔天有人員幫你服務到位呢！太棒了，在玻璃屋吃著豐盛早餐，看著新天鵝堡（早晚都能看到新，舊天鵝堡），飯店對面有馬車服務也是ㄧ絕👍🏻體驗上山或下山跟馬車人員互動很是開心（給小費啦）👍🏻

這家旅館物有所值。停車位有限，遵循先到先得的原則。它靠近一個購物中心，但我們沒有去參觀，因為我們正在去斯圖加特的途中，而且開放時間很短。奧格斯堡歷史名城僅有幾步之遙。

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

酒店位置非常好，就在福森老鎮的中心廣場，離去天鵝堡的車站也很近，步行大概就3分鐘。酒店還可以提供免費車票去高天鵝堡（開車過去停車費是12歐元4小時）。房間蠻大的，隔音效果很好，就是床偏軟了一點。B1有洗衣機和烘乾機各一台，1樓有免費的桑拿房和休息室，一天逛完去蒸一下，絕對解乏放鬆。特別要提的是酒店的早餐，Riwa餐廳很不錯，品種很多，是我們目前為止在德國品質最好的餐廳。那裡還可以提供晚餐，品種也很多，超級推薦這家酒店，停車除了酒店自己的）比較小）還有一個就在附近100米，每天5歐元，也是很合理的價格了。

地點很好，距離菲森車站約 5 到 10 分鐘，距離菲森主要景點（例如博物館、菲森城堡）約 10 到 15 分鐘。早餐很美味。房間也很寬敞，但是由於房間臨街，所以需要拉上窗簾。除此之外，景色不錯，關上窗戶也不會太吵。抵達時他們會提供 2 瓶水，但沒有加滿，房間裡也沒有水壺或其他便利設施。飯店提供客用洗衣房，費用為 4 歐元，烘乾機也是 4 歐元。入住期間可獲贈菲森卡，可免費搭乘巴士前往城堡，並在菲森的售票景點享有優惠價。整體來說，住宿體驗很棒。

位置非常好，離天鵝堡不遠，適合自駕，周圍環境優美，旁邊就是滑雪場，冬天來這更好，不過夏天也不錯，有適合小孩玩的類似滑草的項目.酒店設計非常好，乾淨整潔，早餐豐盛！
