非常喜歡的一家酒店 小而精 設施齊全 前台友善 早餐吃的舒服 每張桌子上都會有房間號 這樣不會出現找不到地方坐的情況 一起來的客人會分配到相鄰的桌子

我們知道我們會很晚到達,所以已經決定在酒店吃飯,而不是在鎮上的其他地方,因爲這家酒店在郊區有點。前台告訴我們,我們升級了,這是一個可愛的驚喜,房間很棒,有獨立的休息區,長袍,拖鞋,咖啡機,迷你冰箱裏的免費水。但這裏真正的突出是淋浴 - 哇!功率!驚人的!所有工作人員都非常友好和善於交際。晚上的餐廳(shakshouka)的食物很好吃,第二天早上的早餐選擇非常令人印象深刻。強烈推薦,一定會再次入住這裏。外面還有一個電車站,如果你不喜歡10-15分鐘步行,可以直接帶你進城。

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

有地下停車場，能停20輛車，需要提前預訂車位。或者，停在店員指定的其他停車場。我們實在累，酒店就放了張允許停車的條子，讓我停在門口臨時停車位上了。 酒店到新天鵝堡大概6公里，開車到售票處最近的7號停車場，也就10分鐘。 房間比國內標準間要大一些，35平米吧。2張1米5寬的床。床很輕，可以自己挪一下，拼成一張超大床，2大2小，沒問題。有洗漱用品、拖鞋。給前台打電話，可以送燒水壺來。衞生間乾濕分離，再加一個小小浴缸。房間門上和地上印有巴伐利亞公主瑪麗亞王后的頭像，也就是茜茜公主的親姐妹。 一樓有早、晚餐，晚餐菜單基本都是德文。看不懂，衹能讓店員推薦了。對於孩子，有漢堡和意大利麪就行了。 有個小夥子前台，特別好，很熱情，口頭語是easy。本來門口不讓停車，他讓停了。本來攜程應該是溝通好住2大2小，但不知為什麼酒店訂單系統上標註的是2大1小，他也讓住了。

地點很好，距離菲森車站約 5 到 10 分鐘，距離菲森主要景點（例如博物館、菲森城堡）約 10 到 15 分鐘。早餐很美味。房間也很寬敞，但是由於房間臨街，所以需要拉上窗簾。除此之外，景色不錯，關上窗戶也不會太吵。抵達時他們會提供 2 瓶水，但沒有加滿，房間裡也沒有水壺或其他便利設施。飯店提供客用洗衣房，費用為 4 歐元，烘乾機也是 4 歐元。入住期間可獲贈菲森卡，可免費搭乘巴士前往城堡，並在菲森的售票景點享有優惠價。整體來說，住宿體驗很棒。

酒店地理位置優越,就在老城區的中心位置非常適合探索附近的景點,享受當地氛圍。但是,清潔度可以提高,因爲有些地區沒有像預期的那樣一塵不染。 我的房間在4樓,靠近排氣扇,導致做飯的味道飄進來,這使得開窗呼吸新鮮空氣不太理想,但酒店貼心地提供了通風的風扇。 樓梯挺窄的,搬大行李可能不方便。總體來說,地理位置優越,是方便的住宿,但清潔和通風方面還有改進的空間。

推薦推薦，意外之喜。小鎮很美，有一家意大利餐廳非常好吃。酒店停車方便，雖然車位很窄。房間超大，早餐很豐盛。從天鵝堡下來本來想開去巴登巴登，3個多小時太累了，所以臨時定了這裏，真的，非常慶幸住了一晚，我們逛了小鎮，美呆了。

位置非常好，離天鵝堡不遠，適合自駕，周圍環境優美，旁邊就是滑雪場，冬天來這更好，不過夏天也不錯，有適合小孩玩的類似滑草的項目.酒店設計非常好，乾淨整潔，早餐豐盛！
