AAngel M. D’ la RosaMy stay was very good, the staff was professional and helpful. My only complaint was the imposed tax on Colombian citizens. I believe, I should be given the benefits of a foreign visitor. Colombia has forced us US citizens to have dual citizenship if you were born in Colombia, so they can penalize us with their tax laws. I’m a U.S. citizen I’ve lived in the US for 53 years. I paid the taxes because I came to Barranquilla to have a great time and I truly did, I didn’t come to argue or dispute their laws. The problem was that I decided to extend my stay at the hotel not knowing that I would have to pay the taxes again, that upset me and expressed my feelings. But the staff are there to do their jobs. When I read the fine print with booking connections it mentioned that the tax would apply if I was staying at the hotel for more than 60 days, I only 6 days maybe I totally misunderstood the information.

AAngel M. D’ la RosaI had a great stay, better than I expected. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The service and the breakfast was top of the line service. I approached anything with an open mind, I truly recommend this hotel and would stay here again, the location was perfect.

訪訪客用戶入住超級慢,前台接待1人就讓辦理入住浪費了很大的時間。房間還可以,有點陳舊了。淋浴的水花了很多年才熱,有時甚至沒有很熱。早餐還可以,不是驚人的,但有你期望的大部分,儘管餐廳本身沒有氛圍,與大堂一樣,不是一個好地方。大平原簡單區域。對國家來說沒有什麼難以捉摸的..或城市或文化..悲傷的地方。牀很好,枕頭也很好。迷你酒吧塞滿了。

FFredLovely hôtel, sweetly designed, breakfast tend to be smaller than the usual buffet, but I think it is better quality. only 4/5 on cleaness because there could have been a little more vaccum in the room but nothing disturbing. Bed are very very clean and the room as well overall. Aircon doesn’t smell.

PPao 86Todo muy aseado , el desayuno ok , falta como más trabajo en equipo para que todo el personal tenga la misma información , o que tengan información . Unos saben y otros no . No había señal de tv . No había caja de seguridad que para mi es súper importante . Hay mejores hoteles en Barranquilla por menor precio .
