訪訪客用戶登機前被告知飛往紐約的航班被取消，臨時找可以收留的酒店。這家可以算是民宿，在一個安靜的小區裏。owner 很用心的準備了房間，還有水果，主動聯繫告知入住事宜，中間還有問意見和建議。非常周到。離多倫多市中心較勁，多倫多島機場大概4公里內的距離

匿匿名用戶到酒店時沒有人幫忙拿行李，衹有一個員工忙着代客泊車。到了前台辦入住員工態度也很官方，談不上冷漠或者熱情，我和朋友帶着孩子分別定了兩間房被告知不在同一樓層，需要都加錢升級才能安排到同一樓層，毫無親子友好感，整體缺乏柏悦該有的服務品質。房間不算寬敞，進門處的走廊比較窄小，隔音一般，冰箱噪音很大，也能聽到地鐵經過的聲音。17樓的bar view不錯，雞尾酒有特色也好喝。地理位置很方便，出門就是名品街和博物館。

房東絕對是驚人的 - 在整個住宿期間非常樂於助人,反應靈敏,專業。他們很快回答了我所有的問題,即使在我已經入住後,這使整個體驗感覺非常順利和無壓力。很少有這種專注和真正的關懷。
景色簡直令人驚歎。我喜歡美麗的水景醒來看到外面的水是如此寧靜和難忘的體驗。它真的提升了整個住宿。
單位本身是一塵不染,特別乾淨。你可以說,維護空間需要很多照顧。一切都感覺新鮮,有組織,並且照顧得很好。
廚房配備了我們所需要的一切,這使得我們準備自己的晚餐非常方便。擁有適當的廚房設置確實有區別,特別是對於一個舒適和放鬆的夜晚。

NNgMoon最初擔心住“老”酒店,但我的擔心來休息了。類似於小屋主題,房間很乾淨,設施充足。工作人員總是非常友好,每次離開和返回酒店時都向我們致意,並及時迴應我們的客房服務要求。距離酒店10分鐘路程,有一個公園,有平靜的溪流,一個休息和從繁忙的城市生活中放鬆的好地方。最近的火車站步行5分鐘就到了,坐車到市中心也只有30-45分鐘。不過有些缺點,除了酒店裏那家,附近沒有餐廳,附近超市也沒有。房間裏沒有提供器具,所以準備好自己帶一套。酒店電梯似乎有點破舊,但在我入住期間沒有壞掉。總的來說,鑑於周圍氛圍平靜和驚人的服務,我真的很喜歡我的住宿。我會考慮將來返回

訪訪客用戶The hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.

MM507048****中規中矩符合預期，中轉住一天很方便。環境很好，dt中心，服務很熱情。本來想再看場演唱會結果臨時沒買到合適的票，溜達去附近電影院和海邊逛一趟。建議零散時間可以去queen st和海邊，一個有很多古着文創餐吧，一個可以看海景或者去湖心島。
checkin高峯時間較長，早餐簡單，附近好吃的很多，不是很必要。

訪訪客用戶房間非常滿意，乾淨衞生又方便。地理位置很好，就是酒店downtown環境整體有些亂。還有酒店有人吸煙結果煙霧感應器啟動了火警，消防員不到一分鐘就有兩輛消防車趕到現場救援工作，好在衹是吸煙，沒有發生火災。我和我五歲女兒從21樓一路從樓梯跑下來，好在虛驚一場。

TTati11I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo.
Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing.
It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.
