SSyed M我和先生、兒子在這裡住了一晚。地理位置很棒，靠近餐廳、市區和機場。飯店很乾淨，我們的房間和浴室也很乾淨。我們住得很愉快。水上樂園、游泳池和熱水浴缸設施很棒，我7歲的孩子玩得很開心。停車也很方便。為了安全起見，電梯也需要房卡。我推薦這家酒店。但是，房間裡沒有微波爐，不含早餐。

訪訪客用戶Not our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today!
It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so
minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered.
Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”.
After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card.
Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge.
“No apologies or thank you for staying with us”.
Disappointing.
Side note - Service in the ****** was great - including the restaurant.

GGTANKS我和扶輪社員來到卡爾加里參加2025年扶輪國際會議。入住愉快。服務非常好。房間每天都打掃,很高興回到整潔的乾淨房間。咖啡和茶每天都補充,很棒。我會強烈推薦給朋友和家人,酒店離機場好近,提供班車服務到機場方便。我喜歡大堂展示,準備從2025年7月1日起,爲2015年卡爾加里踩踏舞做好準備,爲期十天。

訪訪客用戶The hotel itself was great and the staff was amazing and very helpful:) we just ended up there when there was a soccer tournament happening so it was absolutely crazy and in the pool there was some king of a mess that didn’t end up getting cleaned up even after telling staff about it

酒店可能這幾年換了老闆，加強了管理，三星級符合標準。

訪訪客用戶這家汽車旅館不是大學城裡的Econo Lodge & Suites。我們之前也住過那家，比這家（Econo Lodge Motel Village）好得多。
房間很小，浴室裡有一股難聞的氣味。氣味來自浴簾，浴簾會接觸到浴缸的水。洗澡的時候，水流得很慢，所以你的腳會泡在水里，連帶著那塊散發著異味的浴簾一起泡著。而且，浴缸的位置很奇怪，比地面高很多，所以進去的時候要非常小心。在我們入住期間，晚上有很多蟲子飛進了房間（蚊子、蒼蠅）。嗡嗡的蟲鳴聲讓我們無法入睡，所以我們每次都得先打死它們才能繼續睡覺。我們的房卡也有問題，換了好幾次，每次都要刷好幾次才能解鎖。我覺得是卡扣鬆了，需要找到合適的角度才能打開，當你手裡拿著東西的時候，這很麻煩。我推薦這家後面的另一家Econo Lodge。這裡的員工非常友好。早餐提供咖啡和茶，但沒有蓋子。麵包和果汁是用一次性杯子裝的（不過你也可以直接用咖啡杯）。還有鬆餅。如果你有食物過敏，我建議你自備食物。這家汽車旅館的價格和另一家經濟型旅館一樣。我們盡量避免整個旅程都住在同一個地方，以防我們不喜歡房間，但最後我們後悔沒有預訂另一家經濟型旅館。
