This bright, peaceful desert/river home was fully restored giving a modern vibe. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, including a master suite and lots of indoor/outdoor spaces to relax. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, and central heat and air. Designed with tranquility in mind to make your stay feel like you are right at home. We’re a 1 minute drive to the river and community launching ramp. 3-5 minutes from all the restaurants and gas station. Approximately 8 minutes from Blue Water Casino. Approximately 10 minutes to the city of Parker, AZ. This River House is a place to enjoy the river, relax, and make memories!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 4 total).About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings.Maximum event attendees: 15.

Weekend River Trip Our Hostess was amazing! Very very responsive! The parking at the house, however, is really meant for cars only. We could not park our boat and truck on the property and there is NO street parking, so heads up! We were able to use the neighbors lot across the street for an additional fee to park our boat/truck. The house needs a bit of love, but the kitchen is new and nice. FYI, there is no table to eat at IN the house, so we brought the outside table inside and it worked okay. It was too hot to eat outside. Anyway, all in all, the place is good, location was good for River stay, would stay there again if we were not able to get our usual place. And bonus, our hostess offered us a return customer discount if we come back, so that is good!

Jeep Run to Parker Loved this place! Absolutely perfect for our needs. After running around the desert in our Jeeps, we enjoyed a nice dinner, evening and breakfast in the morning. Comfortable for four couples.

We will come back! Felicia is a great host! She communicates well and in a timely manner. The house is nice, spacious and clean. The open floor plan was great for my toddler nephew to run/walk around and play. The pool table is a fun way to end the night. Nice sized TVs in all rooms with Netflix was a huge plus! The individual air conditioners in room are a little loud, but when it’s 100+ you definitely need them. It’s also nice to have the individuals so each room can sleep at their comfort level. Overall, it was the perfect accommodation for our family trip to Parker!

Best Place to Stay in Parker I have stayed at many VRBO but this one was the best in every category. I would highly recommend.
