El hotel no estaba mal y estaba relativamente limpio, pero la mujer que nos atendió por la noche al llegar fue muy antipática. Le hicimos una petición para la habitación y nos puso mala cara. Fue una situación muy incómoda por culpa de su falta de profesionalidad y simpatía.

The room wasn’t cleaned when we checked in. Asked for room close to door due to husbands handicap & wasn’t told the room was by back door. Had made my husband walk down hall. Then since room wasn’t clean, we had to wait 10-20 mins for them to check computer for another room. New room was across the hall from the other but only 2 queen beds. 2nd room was clean but TV didn’t work. People at check in were not helpful & seemed like I was bothering them.

Was greeted in the parking lot by an extremely rude woman claiming to be the manager. She proceeded to yell at me for parking against the yellow curb with my truck and trailer while i ran in to check in and get my key. They have no where to park trailers in their lot and i told her once i knew where my room would be that i was going to move. She continued to yell at me as i walked inside. Then she stood behind the girl at the counter and stared with her angry face till i got my keys and left. Needless to say, will never stay at this hotel again while at the river.

After not being able to get into our rooms all morning we finally got in and was told by the front desk staff that their was a compliant about smoking which was impossible first because we had not been in the room. I was asked if the could look in my room which I had agreed to she seen a friend that I was with and I was kicked out of both the rooms I got. this was a personal grudge that they had against my friend they did not check my room they were not looking for smoke. This was a birthday trip that was absolutely ruined for no other reason than them not liking someone.

while driving to Parker the Hotel called and made us give them a different cc number. Upon arrival they had already charged us. The lady on the front desk needs to have some customer service training! Upon getting to the room, the toilet seat was extremely loose. went to front desk and reported it, by 8pm no fix. I had to tighten it myself. No handicap bars in the restroom. Plug in the tub inoperable, Caught the Maintenace man the next morning. He was very nice and fixed the problem and offered to help.

Check in took forever. It's a two story hotel yet there is no elevator for large suitcases. Property takes advantage of the fact that there are not a lot of choices in this area.
