We had the best staycation! It was so beautiful, and the weather was perfect. The service was incredible and everyone was so kind. Very friendly and eager to offer up advice on where to go and let to eat. We are so grateful to Natahalie Belzunce and her team for making us feel so welcome and taken care of through our stay. I also want to give a big shout out to the people at the restaurant 7880. They also were so friendly and you could tell they really liked working with each other. That makes a big difference! We can't wait to come back!

Shoulder season spectacular. Like having a 5star resort to ourselves. Staff were relaxed and engaging and was prime time to enjoy all the amenities all by ourselves. Joe (American spelling) our server at breakfast was engaging and friendly. I wish him the best as he works to engage new skills in life. Natilie and Javier at the desk were great in swirling with us at check in and Brandon was very engaging showing us around after welcoming us to SER

My partner and I just enjoyed a lovely babymoon here. In the off season, it was quiet, but still lively enough to be atmospheric. We even had a light dusting of snow the last night which made it really feel like fall (coming from SoCal this was charming). Resort Manager, Jacqi Tewksbury, graciously upgraded us to an amazing 2 bedroom unit with a full kitchen and dining area. It was so nice to have multiple seating options as I'm frequently uncomfortable (7.5 months pregnant so to be expected). We loved lounging on the couches and I enjoyed reading in front of the fireplace. We enjoyed he breakfast buffet each morning and there was nice variety (pancakes, French toast, eggs benedict, bagels and accoutrement for lox etc). but the delicious maple bacon was a staple and always available. We also had dinner at the 7880 Club one evening and it was delicious. We rented a car which was nice to have to get to an from SLC airport and to some hiking trails. But in the evening we utilized the car service and had a quick ride in a new Lincoln Navigator with massage seats to our dinner reservation in town. I'm usually skeptical of these kinds of services, but both for drop off and pick up the vehicle was ready withing 5 min. Same for when we needed a ride to the sister property for brunch. The gym is well equipped with stair master, peleton bikes, cable machines, etc. And we only did a quick dip in the pool, but it was the perfect temperature and it was so cool to go from inside to outside and not have to get out. My partner raved about the sauna and the swimsuit dryer = ) Overall it was a great stay and I'd recommend it! Would love to go back once I can be more active and take advantage of the summer or winter activities.

Our trip was absolutely outstanding. The concierge team was friendly, responsive, and always so helpful. The ski valet staff were wonderful and helped the kids (& adults!) get into their boots and always had our skis ready. The restaurant staff were friendly and took care of our every need! A top notch experience all around!

Our stay was nothing short of first class and no better place for a vacation/staycation than SER for ski-season or off-season. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly and knows your name to go the extra mile. Nathalie, Joe, Precious and Chris work the front desk with kindness and quality. They tend to every request quickly and help find solutions with a smile. Austin does it all... ran shuttle, errands, and helped when we couldn't access our ski locker at night. Michelle, Kristian and Dejaun at the 7880 club helped provide the best service and flawless execution for my wife's birthday brunch for our large group. We will absolutely be going back for causal ski-in lunch and special occasions. Icing on the cake is the ski locker room service and their coordination. They get to the point where they predict your ski schedule and have all of your gear prepared so you don't lift a finger. Kudos to Brandon and Katherine! 10/10 all around. We will be back again and again!
