I travel a LOT and find that boutique hotels in Paris tend to have issues with the quality of rooms & furnishings or spotty service (since they have fewer staff than large 5* hotels). However, this is an exceptional 5* boutique hotel. The rooms are quiet, beautifully appointed and immaculate (service 2x per day). The front desk service is highly attentive and capable. The left bank location is absolutely perfect, walkable to many many restaurants, the metro (1 block), shopping and Musee D'Orsay. Most Americans will find the beds a little firmer than usual and won't favor the espresso in the room. But those are individual preferences. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

餐廳和酒吧很漂亮 但也衹有這樣。房間非常小 我訂了4晚，明明有其他的空餘房間 但是給安排在一個犄角旮旯的地方. （別說滿房、我當時直接拿攜程看當天的房型 還能訂到未來幾天的同一房型，所以………為什麼這麼對待亞洲遊客？？？）房間號405！房間朝東，不臨街（這個地方很安靜所以臨街也應該不會吵）打開窗戶過了早上就沒陽光了，洗手間下水道有異味，且沒有窗戶。異味瀰漫在整個房間裏😵💫而且回房間的路程都不是酒店正常的電梯 是一個安全通道的電梯 你能想象嗎 住了4晚 在這個電梯裏碰不到一個客人，沒有任何服務可嚴..衹有打掃衛生的小推車…….房間抽紙和洗髮水補充也不及時…洗髮水洗的掉頭皮屑…頭皮發癢…性價比極其不高 當時看到掛5星才選擇，十一期間 每晚4600…..這個水平 算了 …真的很少給差評 這個真的不好！別被酒店照片騙了！！！

它真的使我們的巴黎之旅完美。位置非常完美,無論是步行到地方還是乘坐地鐵。房間裝飾精美,足夠大,適合城市酒店。早餐種類繁多,包括服務。前屋禮貌高效。大堂區平靜而誘人。特別想提的是,禮賓部主管克里斯托夫,他友好,知識淵博,樂於助人。他給我們買了盧浮宮博物館和展覽的門票,而不必排隊。我們喜歡住在貝爾阿米,肯定會回來,因爲每天結束時回到我們的房間很高興。

What else would you do on a wet, blustery, rainy March afternoon in Paris, but pamper yourself with a leisurely high tea at the wonderful Lutetia Hotel? My daughter and I booked a 3pm slot and having deliberately foregone lunch, we arrived hungry & right on time. We were seated immediately by a very efficient & kind hostess beneath the highly decorative glass roof in Le St-Germain and ordered the set afternoon tea menu for 65€ with Blue of London tea for me and a delicious thick hot chocolate for her. Our drinks arrived promptly and we chatted as we waited for the pièce de résistance: 3 savoury and 7 sweet items. After another 35 minutes of waiting, our stomachs finally stopped rumbling. Obviously chef patissier Nicolas Guercio's creativity wowed us, especially the Crab with yuzu sansho, daikon infused with grapefruit on the savoury side, while the Pineapple and green cardamom sorbet vied with the Scones clotted cream and raspberry jam (memories from my childhood!) on the sweet side. What wowed us much less was the fact that we were asked to vacate our table at 4:50pm! Not only had we waited 40 minutes to actually eat our afternoon tea, but now we were being rushed out after an hour and 10 minutes! Nowhere on the website was there mention that you have under 2 hours to consume your afternoon tea. So future afternoon tea amateurs, beware, there's no such thing as a leisurely afternoon tea at the Lutetia!

一個古色古香的比丘酒店。房間很小,但設施齊全。不過不確定延長電纜的延伸!淋浴很困難,因爲它是手牽手的。非常乾淨的房間。如果需要的話,每晚提供額外的毛巾和水。所有工作人員在任何時候都非常樂於助人和有禮貌。歐陸式早餐。可以提供烹飪物品,以收取額外費用。優越的地理位置。步行即可到達盧浮宮。附近有很多餐館

Best hotel! Made for a perfect home base for our mom daughter trip! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Every time we walked into the hotel we felt at home. Sanjay was incredible! He made us feel like we were the most special guests at the hotel and we know he made everyone feel that way! He was always checking in to see if we needed anything and see how we were doing. I contacted him a month or 2 prior to our stay and he made wonderful suggestions! He made us reservations for dinners- each one more delicious than the other and helped us secure tickets during our trip within minutes of asking! The airline lost our luggage and he worked diligently to help us get it back the next day. The hotel is truly lovely, decorated beautifully, comfortable and clean! We really enjoyed getting into bed after full days on our feet! Location was perfect too! When we return to Paris we will 100% stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you for a great vacation! Can’t wait to return!

酒店位置特別好，步行幾分鐘就可以到巴黎聖母院，交通也很方便，地鐵四號線直達火車站，還有RERB也可以到火車站，衹是我沒有坐過，房間衛生很乾凈，麪積雖小但設施齊全，稍顯次一點的是早餐不太豐盛，這個酒店是我到巴黎會再次選擇的酒店。

We had the most positive stay that I have ever encountered at this hidden GEM! The staff was so friendly and responsive, down to having coffee ready at 4 AM for our departure. I travel weekly for work in the USA and have never experienced such service!

工作人員、禮賓人員和服務都很棒。它確實有一台小電梯,但它是新的,不適用於足球隊。早餐有很棒的咖啡和出發的選擇。早餐體驗很愉快,開始一天很棒。房間乾淨,更新,淋浴好,亞麻布,還有保險箱。很小,但我們不打算在房間呆上任何時間。位置很好,步行到地鐵(因爲罷工沒有使用)步行到當地火車站,還有羅斯ey巴士,也不錯用。我們進來的時候巴士沒開,所以我們坐了一輛價格過高的出租車。(別那樣做)。如果你像我們一樣平均每天3-4英里,步行很短,去盧浮宮,去康科德廣場,橘子園,D'Orsay,和城市島。(在另一個方向,埃菲爾鐵塔不遠)。附近有很多餐廳,自動取款機,雜貨店。再次,工作人員對我們糟糕的法語很有幫助,而且一切都很好。

服務員態度好。酒店設施差。早餐不是自助餐，基本上沒什麼可吃的，這很糟糕。因為出去玩，早上吃飽以後中午就可以抵餓一下，剛出去沒幾分鐘，就肚子餓了就要找東西吃呢，耽誤時間還玩兒啥玩兒？酒店樓梯是那種螺旋式的，就像地道戰樓梯。個人感覺是個安全隱患。不建議大家再去這家酒店，除非你對安全問題不太在意。

We had the most charming room, one of our favorites during our European trip. The lobby is pretty, almost Victorian in a way, and the breakfast room was beautifully decorated. The staff were so friendly and helpful, kudos to them! We really liked the area, as it was calm, but also walkable to many great landmarks. The room was clean, spacious, and really well decorated. The bathroom was a decent size, the hallways were smaller but clean, and the door was heavy to help with soundproofing. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet during our 3-night stay. It was really delicious and never busy. We did order room service from a restaurant nearby, it was really good and a great way to enjoy a meal without having to go out again after a long day. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Paris!

該酒店位於巴黎7區，相對安全、便捷，是巴黎傳統街區的老建築，酒店門口不大，就在馬路旁邊，偏白的樓牆裝點着花盆較容易辨認。附近文化氛圍濃厚，出門左拐走3分鐘第一個路口就是巴黎第五大學；馬路對麪就是巴黎政經大學。酒店出門右拐走10分鐘再右拐就是奧賽博物館；奧賽博物館位於塞納河畔，穿過橫跨塞納河的石橋對麪就是著名的盧浮宮。故出行方便。對於遠道而來的住宿者而言就是相對窄小一些，尤其是上下樓小電梯衹容3人，有點不習慣。酒店沒有熱水壺，需要的話可到前台借用，燒好熱水再歸還即可。如果是頂層房間（第5層），推開落地窗有個曬台還不錯。早餐就在一樓大堂，是經典的西式早餐，但麵包、牛奶、果汁、熱茶、咖啡、水果齊全，還算可以。
