Good hotel. Solid experience. Feels like a 4 star hotel. Kind and accommodating staff. Giving me extra soft tissues as I had a cold during my stay. Nice little french balcony. Good location near metro and lots of restaurants and bars. Close to notre dame, and jardin luxembourg. Walkable pretty neighborhood(Paris 5eme) right by Sorbonne University. Would come back, hopefully without a cold next time. Only drawback, bar is seldom serviced and the selection is limited.

酒店式公寓，我們在巴黎住了8晚，非常方便。 首先位置好，走路去奧賽盧浮宮聖母院都是10分鐘，邊上兩個地鐵站，也很方便。前幾天我們主要逛博物館都是走路去的。 其次，雖然是兩三天打掃一次，但是毛巾自助無限量，而且配備了微波爐電磁爐冰箱和洗碗機，我們這一週基本都是邊上家樂福city超市買的麪包什麼的在房間裏面自己做的早餐，餐具多士爐等齊全，完美！ 然後，樓下免費的咖啡巧克力也很贊，每天出門前和回來後都要喝一杯，這幾天巴黎陰天下雨比較冷，回到酒店馬上喝一杯熱巧克力不要太舒服

The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment. Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations. This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service. Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing. On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience. In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. 大廳跟房間有濃濃香水味，廁所有散發一股水管味，有點臭，但飯店位置很好，可以從陽台拍到巴黎鐵塔，早餐可以選擇在房間吃或是吃樓下的自助餐，在房間吃的話要每人額外加10歐元，早餐很普通 但如果要拍網美照的話就必須加，建議可以自己買報紙來拍照，minibar的東西都是免費的唷

酒店服務很好 就是房價8k+ 還告訴我升級了房間 三人間竟然是一個加牀，我以為我進錯了房間。。。這性價比真的是。。。。不過周圍離什麼都很近，裝修也還是不錯。

酒店大門不明顯，但位置很好，離盧浮宮很近，老佛爺走過去也不遠，出門就是購物街，有Giorgio Armani, Louis Vitton, Chloe, Celine 等。酒店衛生間和洗浴區分開的，設施現代這個很好。有些房間可以加牀。早餐是西餐，品質不錯，如果能有一點中餐就好了，畢竟入住的中國人不少。文華的服務一如即往的好。以後去巴黎還是首選。
