I approached the receptionist on my way back from my activities and inform him there was no fan in my room as I had really suffered the night before, no fans in the room ,just one window , even when left opened no air/ breeze came in at all. Anyways I approached the receptionist and informed him there was no fan in my room: Firstly his response was : there aren’t fans in the rooms and asked me to correct myself by requesting for a fan instead( this is a lie to start with , I have 2 rooms booked (my friend & I) and the second room has a fan ) . I immediately corrected myself and requested for a fan instead, he kept on going about how I said it like the fans were readily in the room but I needed to requested them instead. He made me request for a fan 3 times all along I was patient with him and I obliged, but he kept talking so I banged the key on the desk as I was out of patience after requesting 3 whole times already!! For the 4th time!!! Anyways the man called “Yanis”refused to give me a fan because i banged the key on the desk, asking me to speak to him with respect, I reminded him that I have asked 3 times already but he won’t stop yapping on how I should have phrased or worded my English.. At this point my sister had to intervene, she insisted that I had been polite all along , I mean how do you make a guest request for an item 3 times whilst you sit on your high horse / chair demanding respect and telling me how to phrase my words.. I asked if I could speak to a manager ( clearly there wasn’t one) which he confirmed there wasn’t one . He then told us to leave the reception area as he was done talking to us.. I suppose he was able to get away with this because we were both females, I doubt he would do this if it was a male customer.

雖然和旅遊景點有距離,但是房間寬敞舒適,有感應,可以做料理。基本上提供了意大利麪、橄欖油、鹽、胡椒等,可以做簡單的飯菜吃。我預定了一間帶露台的房間,但是餐廳和房間之間有一張桌子,所以這不是一個私人空間,但是花園裝飾得很好,因此使用起來沒有任何不便之處。每天早上提供麪包和果汁,前台還提供咖啡,可以舒適地享受早餐。 但是1樓的客房入口是玻璃的,不拉窗簾的話,路過的人可以看到客房裏。打掃後打開窗簾,看到客房裏的行李..。 儘管如此,設施還是很乾淨,我能夠準備一頓便餐並在庭院用餐,並且能夠在公共空間喝咖啡並看到個人工作,所以我有一次愉快的經歷。 下次去巴黎的話還想停留

雖然巴黎罷工了 但是在這家酒店接受了小姐姐的熱情款待 有中文服務 沒有下單早餐我們還包了每天白天的簡餐 小姐姐耐心的給我們介紹巴黎罷工的交通狀況 特別到了機場 還問我們安全到達了嗎 暖心 而且房間算是巴黎酒店很大的了 下次來還會住 推薦!

最近在這家酒店住了3晚,很欣賞岳父岳母的睿智選擇。在到到網上看了很多評論,看看預算,我們覺得這家酒店正合適,貌似我們是那段期間最後訂到房間的人,我們覺得這是一個不錯的選擇。那些廣告宣傳被證明了是輕描淡寫,因為它確實做到了,甚至做得比預期的更好。 下午到的,受到了熱烈歡迎,並且立即為正在進行的接待處裝修工作進行道歉,而且正在建設一個新的酒吧區。乘電梯到了我們的房間,把行李扔下之後,仔細看了看,發現我們置身於一個裝修精美又乾淨的房間(是的,這裏很小,但事實上比巴黎的三星級大酒店要大),有2個陽台,可以看到國安局,3免費瓶裝水在冰箱裏等着我們,有張便條說,如果我們想用迷你酒吧,讓接待處知道就行,他們可以給報價(我們沒有看他們的報價,但它給人的感覺很好,小冰箱裏可以存放自己的飲料)。 還有一個小箱子可以放點東西,牆上是平板電視機,狹小的浴室裝修的蠻好,有最棒的淋浴頭(我們覺得這個和家裡的那個一樣好用),我們很高興能一直站在下麪。拖鞋,乾淨蓬鬆的毛巾和常見的免費化妝品。 酒店離路德寶萊茲地鐵站入口處就一分鐘距離,大約走5分鐘到國家地鐵線/城際快線站樞紐,所以藉助公交系統去國家的任何地方都是小菜一碟——去被火車站要20分鐘,中間在奧伯坎普夫還轉車了!很多景點都是很近的,一出酒店門到走下地鐵/城際快車也就花10-20分鐘,但實際上走着去更好——我們都是這麼做的——閑庭信步晃悠至巴黎聖母院大約用了35分鐘。 經理,Zyad,非常樂於助人,當地有什麼好吃的地方,他都提了不少建議,當我們昨晚請他幫忙預訂巴黎的一個小酒館時,他和他的工作人員緊盯了將近24小時才幫我們搞定,並且還為我們訂了桌子——這絕對是裏茲級別的服務,卻衹花三星級酒店的價錢! 可以說好多好多——但你會不耐煩的。我們四處閑晃,在我們相遇之前,我老婆已經來過巴黎很多次了。如果我們覺得自己沒有得到相應的的服務或設施,錢沒花在刀刃上,我們肯定會批評這家酒店的——但是我們根本找不出任何理由批評它。我們沒在酒店吃早餐——衹是有天早晨去目的地之前要了一杯咖啡和羊角麵包——坐在小酒吧,吃着午餐,欣賞一下這個世界的千變萬化,真是件好事。 我們逗留期間,房間總是一塵不染的乾淨,結賬之後,我們可以把行李交給酒店保管,因為我們回英國的歐洲之行列車出發時間是下午6點,這就允許我們在倫敦再看看風景/吃午餐,而且不必擔心我們行李的安全問題。 我從來沒有想過我會在巴黎過的這麼開心,——近30年了我是第一次來這個城市,上次來的時候還是小孩,我根本不知道該期待什麼。我過得好開心,很大一部分原因就是我們住在了這麼好的酒店,有着最出色的服務,這意味着唯一“困擾”我們的事情就是找到去什麼地方吃飯(相信我——這可能會是一個問題——因為我們的旅遊指南說在巴黎很難吃到不好的飯菜——所以你選擇多種食物的餘地就好大!)。 我們還沒有計劃短時間內再回巴黎——對我來說,我覺得這次旅行很不錯,僅此而已——但是如果我們再回來,我很想再回這裏——如果我不能留在弗朗西斯大酒店,那麼就把旅行時間改掉,那樣就可以了——因為我們以後來巴黎不會再住別的地方了!

Our room smelt strongly of musky gross men who probably stayed before us and the room was so tiny for the price we paid, not even enough room for a proper wardrobe, literally a bed and small clothes rail. Balcony was lovely but not worth the extra money as the view wasn’t great. We went initially to visit the main tourist attractions, shopping, romantic getaway etc. hotel was a little further out then we’d of hoped but a metro station was nearby and east to use. Hotel overall wasn’t in the nicest of places and the food was definetly not worth £80 for three nights, very low quality. Staff were friendly and helped us as much as they could but was hard to communicate as we are english.
