The staff here were pleasant which helped make the stay more bearable, but there were many problems. The elevator not working correctly meant hauling large suitcases up and down the narrow staircase. The room was too hot and the air conditioning didn't work so we had to keep our window open. The Wi-Fi was super slow. At least it is near a metro station and close to attractions so we didn't have to spend too much time inside.

Men doet zijn best, maar teveel zaken zijn niet in orde. Aangezien wij een kamertje op de zesde verdieping hadden, nam ik met de bagage de lift, die echter halverwege blokkeerde. Neem dus niet de lift, want deze werkt niet naar behoren. De handdoeken die voorzien zijn, zijn erg klein en onvoldoende om je af te drogen na een douche. De kraan van de douche zat niet goed vast, waardoor deze losschoot en de hele badkamer heeft ondergesproeid. Een wc-borstel was ook niet aanwezig. Op onze laatste dag werden wij vanaf 8 uur 's morgens geconfronteerd met een hels lawaai boven ons, alsof men de kamer boven ons aan het verbouwen was. Het was onmogelijk om nog verder te slapen. Toen ik bij de receptie ging vragen wat er aan de hand was en de opmerking maakte dat wij toch graag in onze vakantie nog wat langer hadden uitgeslapen, bleek dat het hotel het dak aan het vernieuwen was. Dat kan wel, maar zet dan geen gasten in de kamer eronder of verwittig uw gasten hiervan bij het boeken. Dit was bijzonder onaangenaam en helaas hebben wij geen enkele verontschuldiging ontvangen. Tenslotte heeft men ons onterecht 10 euro taksen aangerekend voor mijn minderjarige dochter. Men heeft dit terugbetaald, maar ik ben dit wel zelf moeten gaan vragen. Het is vreemd dat men bij het inchecken niet heeft opgemerkt dat één van ons minderjarig was en dat men dus gewoon 2 x taksen heeft aangerekend. Ook bleek dat de taksen flink verhoogd waren vanaf 1/1/2024 (5 euro extra per persoon). Dit werd noch bij boeken, noch bij het inchecken meegedeeld. Positief zijn de ligging van het hotel en de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Ik zou hier niet opnieuw verblijven. De prijs is gunstig maar dit maakt de vele tekortkomingen niet goed.

Nous y avons séjourné 1 nuit, cet hôtel est bien situé pour aller visiter Paris. Personnel très accueillant et très gentil. La literie est très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner, on a vraiment le choix, du sucré au salé. Le top c'est d'avoir les boissons chaudes ou eau à n'importe quelle heure de la journée, on se sert. On y reviendra

The location is wonderful, it is in a great location for those who want to explore the surroundings by walking, like me. Very close to different metro lines, maximum 5 minutes walking! The rooms are small and may be challenging for two people, but they are clean. You don't need to choose breakfast option because I don't think they serve something to eat. But all day coffee service is good! + It is not difficult to put daily a bottle of water to rooms, there is no hotel slippers. Not everyone has to walk around the room in shoes. In general, it was a good 4 days, but not without problems. Elevator is not working, it is a huge problem- you cannot get in from every floor, you cannot go down from every floor. Narrow stairs and no help with luggage. It is a boutique hotel with 10-15 rooms in total and I have never seen a deskhelp that can easily control who comes in and out. While I was in the room, a man called a technician was able to enter the room with a card entry and he did not think that I was in the room. It is not difficult to keep track of this in such a small hotel, and what technical support is available at 10 am in the morning. Whether the customer is at the hotel or not, the customer in the room should be called. I saw constantly changing faces at the entry for 4 days, which did not feel very comfortable. You can choose this hotel for business trips by alone or if you are going to spend the whole day out like me.

L'accueil chaleureux, mais rien n'indiquait au moment de la réservation que l'immeuble est en travaux (échafaudage devant la façade, ni que l’ascenseur est en panne (6 étages) en attendant une rénovation complète. Espace café/fruits bienvenu en journée, mais petit déjeuner dans l'entrée de l'hôtel.

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel agréable. Les chambres sont amples et propres. Nous y reviendrons certainement à notre prochain passage à Paris. Tout est proche, Monoprix, boulangerie, métro. D un côté le charme du marais et de la place des Vosges. De l autre L île de la cité et la Seine pour faire de belles ballades

Chambre très confortable et spacieuse. Juste un problème avec la douche qui fuyait ce qui a été signalé à la réception. A espérer que la réparation soit faite! Pour le reste , très bon hotel, très bien situé sur rue calme!

I booked the balcony room well in advance. The day before my arrival, I got a message that I was being downgraded “due to technical problems” and they offered me a free breakfast as compensation. While I suppose these things happen, I’m 99% sure the technical problem was the hotels desire to make an extra buck on the balcony room. the balcony room miraculously became available on the second night of my stay if booking through the hotel website, but they did not offer it to me at this time either. About the hotel itself- the location is great, but attention to detail is really lacking. My room was a bit run down. The shower had empty soap containers, which I would have mentioned, except that the soap dispensers are situated so high on the wall that you can’t reach them if you are under 5’7. The aircon was fixed permanently at 21 degrees and none of the buttons besides the power button functioned, so the temp or air level could not be changed. And unfortunately, the 24h reception is empty a lot of the time, so there’s no one to mention these things to, or ask questions. The bed was quite comfortable, and the room size was okay for Paris. Bathroom has its own door. Overall, though the location is great, would not recommend unless no other options in this location are available.
