Bien situé (proche métro et restauration, et pour repartir en voiture en moins d'un quart d'heure j'étais sur l'autoroute). Quartier OK / bonne isolation. Lit confortable.
Chambre bien équipée avec même un coin cuisine, mais un peu étroite et verticale (placard du haut et coffre-fort difficiles d'accès à moins d'être grand). Jour entre le sol de la douche et sa porte, donc risque d'envoyer de l'eau dans la salle de bain.
Réceptionnistes sympathiques et riches en infos.
Boisson chaude offerte le matin même sans option petit dej, par contre pour le petit dej il faut le réserver à l'avance, et l'établissement ne prend pas les chèques-vacances.
Parking gratuit mais uniquement si le séjour dure au moins deux nuits (heureusement c'était mon cas), information dont on n'est notifié que la veille du voyage!
Peu après l'arrivée une femme de ménage est entrée dans ma chambre sans prévenir (pas de pancarte pour demander à ne pas être dérangé)
Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble
Brilliant hotel. Definitely will keep it in mind for the next paris trip

L hôtel est superbe avec tous les services .le personnel est adorable.la vue exceptionnelle etc..ayant un problème de santé j ai été soigné par le docteur Hujjaree qui est un médecin compétent, humain et d une bienveillance incomparable .l infirmier est très bien merci encore au docteur Hujjaree.

Very unpleasant experience. I had 3 problems described below in order of increasing severity: 1. RESERVATION - I booked a prepaid triple room more than a month in advance. About 2 weeks before (so well in advance) my son decided not to come. So, I asked to change the reservation and have a double room instead. Their replay, obtained after a couple of reminders, was very dry and negative. It is true that my reservation was prepaid with no changes allowed, but I would have appreciated more flexible behavior. The period of the stay coincided with the Olympics and very high demand of hotel accommodations in Paris. The hotel still had several rooms available and would have had no difficulty managing the change without financial losses. 2. BREAKFAST - The hotel provides breakfast as reported on the website at the time of booking. However, upon arrival we were informed that in August the service was not available. Being in a fairly central location we asked to suggest a nearby place for breakfast. The staff told us that in August all the nearby places were closed…. Nevertheless, a few hundred meters away we were able to find several open places that provided breakfast. The staff’s behavior was not professional both for the lack of service and for the inaccurate information and lack of support. 3. PARKING - We booked the hotel Ambre mainly because it included an indoor car parking facility. The only warnings concerned the maximum height of vehicles allowed (maximum height 2.90 m). I would like to point out that my car is a common Mercedes-Benz sedan. Upon arrival at the carpark, I immediately noticed very narrow and very steep access ramps, so much so that at a certain point the car violently hit the floor on the asphalt and I could not go further. With great difficulty I had to extract the car and go back. With the risk of having damaged the lower part of the vehicle. This is a very serious negligence; they should inform customers of the difficulties in accessing the parking and also indicate a minimum height from the ground to avoid possible impacts on the asphalt and related damages. Even more serious was the uncollaborative behavior of the staff that at first refused to acknowledge the problem. Only after some time and much insistence they did provide me with an alternative parking spot. The structure is to be absolutely avoided. Esperienza molto sgradevole. Ho avuto 3 problematiche che descrivo in ordine di gravità crescente: 1. PRENOTAZIONE - Ho prenotato una camera tripla con pagamento anticipato oltre un mese prima. Circa 2 settimane prima (quindi con largo anticipo) mio figlio ha deciso non venire. Quindi ho chiesto di modificare la prenotazione e avere una camera doppia. La risposta, dopo un paio di solleciti, è stata secca e negativa. E’ vero che la mia prenotazione era con pagamento anticipato, ma avrei apprezzato un comportamento più flessibile. Ricordo che il periodo del soggiorno coincideva con le olimpiadi con richiesta molto eleva
We have just returned from Mauritius, we stayed at the Ambre. On arrival you are greeted with an amazing mocktail, no queuing at reception you are seated, and they come to you take your passports all very relaxing. Very friendly staff. We were taken to our room unfortunately it wasn't what we expected, we didn't even unpack, we immediately went to reception, and explained. We met Reyad Emambacus Front office manager who explained that they were full, but as soon as a room becomes available, he would move us. It took 2 days but eventually we moved, he even escorted us to our room to ensure that we were happy, we were. He is a credit to the company. The food is ok the breakfasts are super, lunch not so, and the evening meals are also OK, however the Italian restaurant is amazing, its open for lunch and dinner, there areitems available for free with all-inclusive, but other items are charged at lunch very reasonably priced well worth trying for lunch The beach snacks are also very good. The entertainment was fun something different each night, my husband was not a fan of the cocktails just not very good at all, the local beer was fine. The pool is lovely, but the water is cold!!! We also had a spa treatment which we both enjoyed. We would recommend the Ambre but be very diligent on checking what rooms you book.

friendly and thoughtful. Location is superb, food is delicious and the 1km long white Sandy beach is just beautiful. The territory is nice, very clean and large. The food was delicious, especially the dinners

Hello all you lovely people. I would like to share my experience at Ambre hotel. We did our team buiding there and we had a wonderful time. A special shout out for Mr Damien (who was our animator for the day)and his team. Big thanks to the team of the hotel due to whom our team building was a great success. 😊
