We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely return the next time we're in Paris! The room and bathroom were spacious (for Paris) and very clean. The bed was super comfortable and we both slept well each night we were there. There was some construction noise during the day from work being done on the roof, but we didn't find it bothersome on the second floor. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. At one point we needed to borrow an iron, so they delivered an iron and ironing board to our room. Another night we asked to borrow a corkscrew to open some wine we had purchased, and the staff member on duty opened it for us and delivered it to our room with wine glasses. These extra touches were unexpected and made us feel very welcome. Finally, the location is excellent! It's a short walk to the metro station and many sites such as the Louvre and Notre Dame, and the neighborhood is full of cafes and restaurants. There's even a Carrefour grocery store just around the block. Considering the quality, service, and convenience, we thought the price was a great value for Paris.

Several things of note: Location- This hotel is in an extraordinarily good location. It is right of St Germain de Pres and close to some great dining and accessible Metro. It is walking distance to Fontaine St Michel, Luxembourg Gardens and Notre Dame. However, if you like to walk, it is really walking distance from the principal areas and sites...except for Montemartre and Sacre Couer, which are quite a distance away. Room size: As room size go, this room wasn't bad. It was ample enough for our luggage and movement without issue. Amenities: Not much in the way of amenities really. Room had a small concession style fridge with items to purchase. There was a free bottle of wine and some water bottles that good be filled up near the reception area. No rioning board or iron. Cleanliness: The hotel is in need of upgrading for sure. They were performing some level of construction while we were there so ground to roof scaffolding. Rooms were dated. The room cleaning, however, was more than I could expect from a small hotel. The cleaning took place EVERY day with new towels and bed made. That was appreciated. Great cleaning team! Staff: All were amiable. All spoke workable english.

Nice little hotel, very small rooms. But staff were nice. Didn’t know the property was undergoing renovations/repairs outside, until we arrived and saw the scaffolding in front. Every morning around 8am the banging started, so not able to sleep after 8am.

Very quiet in a very touristy area. Location was fantastic and you could walk to all major tourist attractions. Bed was firm and very comfortable. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Probably one of the smallest rooms I’ve been in but clean. Bed was comfortable and bathroom and towels were excellent. Just hard on room with 2 large suitcases.
