Les codes d'accès n'était pas les bons impossible d'accéder à la chambre l'ascenseur très inaccessible et dangereux niveau sécurité non aux normes et non respecté pour fauteuil roulant la qualité du service de ws non réactif ne vous fiez pas aux commentaires positifs rien n'est vérifié au préalable je suis toujours en attente du remboursement prélever nous sommes très très insatisfait du service de WS nous avons dû rentrer à domicile malgré la fatigue et la maladie averti des la réservation , traumatisé par cette expérience...

Très satisfaite de ce séjour avec mes trois enfants. Emplacement idéal à Paris, en plein cœur du Marais, et au calme. Appartement propre et décoration soignée. Pas eu de soucis avec les 3 codes pour accéder à l'appartement, heureusement, car visiblement pas de personnel sur place en cas de problème.

The flat was located in a really cool area close to Le Marais, away from street noise. Fantastic spot to visit when my kids and I travel to Paris. Excellent kitchen with enough appliances to prepare breakfast before leaving, and a very clean and well-equipped apartment.

Bruit incessant de la machine à laver, qui non seulement tourne en continue jour et nuit mais qui BIPPE d erreur en continu!! Située dans la pièce à côté mais fermée à clé ! Vidéo à l appui!! La première nuit on se dit qu il y a un problème... mais le service client WS n'a rien fait, alors que nous avons échangé par téléphone et messagerie! ! Et rebelotte la 2ème nuit ! Alors qu ils ont dit qu ils s en occuperaient! C est vraiment lamentable... il ne faut pas avoir de problème...sinon débrouillez vous! A part s excuser plein de fois... rien! Remboursement de 20e sur 360e !! Et en plus ils annulent la réservation sur booking, comme si nous n etions pas venus, après notre séjour effectué !! Très fort!! Et le service client booking ne peut rien faire!! Super séjour ! Merci WS!!!

The worst booking I’ve had through *******. The apartment was nothing like the pictures—shockingly small, while it’s our fault we didn’t notice it doesn’t have air conditioning, there were only two fans (one per room), and the fan in the kids’ room was broken, it became dangerously hot in there. When I contacted the management company, they said it was a known electrical issue and that they were still trying to find someone to fix it. It felt like they assumed we were long-term renters, not short-stay guests. It was extremely hot in Paris, record level temperatures, and leaving the windows open didn’t help. On top of that, everything in the apartment was of poor or cheap quality—towels, bed sheets, pillows, even the dishcloth looked like it had been used many times before. Please do yourself a favor and avoid booking any property managed by WS Management.

Cute place, tiny, lights and fans not working The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. The lights were on a timer and kept turning off every 4 minutes. The fans in 2 of the 3 rooms were connected to the light timer and would turn off when the lights turned off. We contacted the staff but they weren't able to help us. It was sweltering inside the apartment but because of the fan situation, we couldn't get any airflow.
