巴黎瑞瑟夫水療飯店(La Reserve Paris Hotel and Spa)

Je réserve un hôtel sur Paris Booking m informe que mon compte a bien été débité mais que la réservation n a pu aboutir ...je serai remboursée sous 7 à 12 jours sauf que je pars demain et que je dois payer à nouveau .je contacte le service client réponse merci de nous transmettre les éléments de la réservation .. 2 min après réponse merci de nous contacter sauf que la réservation ne s affiche plus et que pour accéder au service client il faut le numéro On se fiche du monde !!!

We've stayed at many excellent hotels during our years of travel, but La Reserve Paris has by far been the best. The hotel represents a synthesis of superb service, excellent location and overall beauty and comfort. We couldn't imagine a finer place to stay in Paris.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à l'occasion d'un anniversaire. L'expérience a été magique du début à la fin. Merci aux équipes plus exceptionnelles les unes que les autres (la réception, la conciergerie, le restaurant, La Pagode de Cos, le petit déjeuner, le spa). Merci pour toutes les attentions. Une adresse exceptionnelle idéalement située au cœur de Paris!

Le plus petit des palaces parisiens. Entrée discrète,bon accueil,bon service,personnel très attentionné. Nous sommes allés un dimanche après midi pour le café, au bar,cadre cosy et agréable avec feu de cheminée et mobilier classique. Nous avons pris un baba géant qui était très bon et très imbibé de rhum.Très bonne expérience.Nous reviendrons en été aussi.

Hands down, the best hotel in all of Paris!! They fully understand your need for privacy competing with things you want to do, see the eiffel tower, chateau tours, etc. The views from private balcony were stunning and we felt 110% safe in the enitre area, due in part to the President of France's home was right next door

Friends told me about this hotel, so I decided to try it. We were greeted at the hotel with friendliness and warmth. We absolutely loved the hotel and its charm and warmth. They didn't miss any details in the decor. My one complaint was that our toilet was around the corner from the rest of the bathroom. However, our daughter had the toile tin her bathroom and it was configured much better than our. I would recommend asking for the toile to be inside..or at least near..the rest of the bathroom.

Great location with fabulous apartments. Unbelievable views, crazy good service. Only downside was the lights sometimes worked, sometimes did not. Too much technology. Be aware of the number of showers and toilets. In the three bedroom, two of the bedrooms shared a toilet even though they had their own sink and bath. The 2 BR had 3 toilets, but only one shower. Be aware that because of its location across from the Eiffel Tower thw neighborhood is pretty touristy. But you are close to the best outdoor street market (food) in Paris.
