Firstly, the location of this hotel is good if you enjoy walking and exploring new places. It has a good selection of cafes and restaurants within 8-15 minutes walk. It is also walkable to champs élysées & the Eiffel Tower - but quite some distance away (30mjnute to an hour). The rooms are average though, the rooms with the view of the Eiffel Tower is great albeit smaller. The “Junoir suite” wasn’t impressive. View was some courtyard. Next, the service is poor. Front desk reception isnt helpful and/or welcoming and/or friendly. Celebrated my birthday in Paris. Did not get a note or wishes or greetings from the hotel. According to front desk, check in before 3pm is chargeable but the sign at the door says between 9am to 12pm is chargeable. The lobby is noisy and usually crowded so even though it is supposed to be a co working space; it’s not conducive. The in-house cafe/restaurant is expensive and has limited options. Walk to Boulangerie Bonon around the corner- 3 minute walk. Cheaper, better and delicious. I personally prefer tripadvisor reviews because it’s usually quite on point. Recently I’ve been making decisions based on other platforms - bad choice. Do some research- if there isn’t enough reviews in TripAdvisor- says a lot. For the price range of this hotel, there are other options that seem to have better reviews.
