WS 市政廳 - 博堡

I want to share the unimaginable and most horrible experience I have had in my entire life staying at WS Apartment room 302 from June 16-19th 2025, the apartment had no provision to turn off lights and had only one master switch which would also turn off the fan making it impossible to sleep, you could either sleep in the heat or with large spotlight on making it impossible to sleep for the 3 nights there, one the first evening itself I highlighted the problem and followed it up with 14 calls to support line, 6 Whatsap message and 10 emails, I was constantly assured that technician would come and fix this but it never happened, the support team is untrained, clueless and extremely ineffective, making matters worst they were renovatining the room next door 303 and the workers would start banging on the walls from 6 am , in my lifetime I would have spent over 1000 nights at hotels/apartments while travelling but hands down this would have been the worst experience of my life, anyone staying at WS apartments any location would be just a fool. Don’t ever give them 1 $ of your hard earned money they deserve to be sued and go to jail.

Experiencia agridulce por mal contacto El lugar es céntrico y está nuevo y a buen precio pero nuestra experiencia no fue buena por varios motivos. Reservamos 3 habitaciones. Si no escribo varias veces solo me envían acceso a dos de ellas. (Y al solicitarlo repetidamente me vuelven a mandar las mismas claves) Llegamos y al ir abrir una de ellas estaba ocupada por otras personas!!! Llamamos y no vinieron aunque insistimos y tuvimos que arreglarlo con el inquilino (que fue amable) y tenía la misma reserva que nosostros. Una vez solucionado eso vemos que las habitaciones están como hornos. No tienen aire acondicionado y nos pilló ola de calor, pues la única fuente de alivio es un ventilador de techo que ¡solo funciona con las luces (8 bombillas) encendidas! Tienes que elegir entre dormir sudando a gota gorda o con ventilador y 8 luces dadas!!! Al consultarlo me dicen que es así para que nadie olvide el ventilador conectado…. Si se va en una época en que no haga terrible calor los apartamentos están muy bien pero si surgen problemas tardan en responder y no se dignan a ir

Séjour très agréable au sein de cet appartement. Il est très bien situé, à deux pas de l'hôtel de ville… parfait pour se déplacer à pied. La décoration est très jolie, les équipements nécessaires sont là, bref on ne manque pas de confort. Point Bonus pour la propreté !!!

Fantastic location and lovely place for single person or a couple. Nice decor and all amenities. Communication was very good.

Appartement très bien situé au centre de Paris, très bien équipé. Déco agréable et immeuble calme. Je recommande pour un séjour d'affaires ou en amoureux. Les principaux sites touristiques sont accessibles à pieds. Idéal pour découvrir la capitale.
