德拉諾莊園飯店(Maison Delano Paris)

L’hotel est magnifique, et le service de l’hotel est irréprochable. On reviendra a chacune de nos visites a Paris

Ein hervorragendes Hotel mit geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern mitten in Paris, das uns insbesondere Dank seines sehr netten charmanten und professionellen Personals einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Paris bescherte. Wir fühlten uns bereits von der ersten Sekunde an willkommen und wurden sehr freundlich beim Checkin begrüßt und anschließend auf unser Zimmer begleitet. Dieser erste positive Eindruck blieb durchweg bestehen, so wurde beispielsweise beim Verlassen des Hotels bei Regen ungefragt ein Regenschirm gereicht und aufgespannt oder stets mit einem Lächeln jeglicher Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Man spürt, dass das Personal mit Freude und Herzlichkeit versucht, einem den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Vielen Dank für vier wunderschöne Tage in Paris! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Servizio NON a 5 Stelle Ripasso della camera scadente ...e non riordinate .... alla richiesta di una bottiglia di acqua "di cortesia " prima della partenza...ci è stata rifiutato ... Mai visto una cosa del genere in uno albergo di lusso ....

Infelizmente nossa experiência foi bastante mediana para um hotel desta categoria. Tivemos uma série de problemas, que relatamos ao staff do hotel durante a estadia, mas que não foram resolvidas a contento (embora tenhamos sido compensadas com uma noite cortesia). Em um hotel desta categoria e preços, ficar sem tomar banho por um dia por falta de água quente, minha filha ter que dormir no chão por 3 noites devido um problema no sofá-cama e deparar-se com cacos de vidro pelo quarto todo a partir da segunda noite (sendo que não quebramos nada) não é algo que podemos deixar passar.

Séjour d'une nuit en famille. Hotel idéalement situe à deux pas de l'Élysée et des Champs Elysée. Tres bel hotel, propre, service excellent et personnel tres sympa! pour finir en beauté superbe petit déjeuner. En un mot: Parfait. Je recommande vivement.

Stayed in 3 different hotels in Paris in three arrondisements, and would rate this the best overall experiece. Sara greeted us on arrival. Warm and personalised is how I would describe her and her team. They will go all out to help, special mention to the concierge who provided great suggestions for my wife shopping list . People makes luxury stays memorable, and the team here is fantastic. Location is great, close to all the attractions, restaurants and fashion, oooh the shopping choices within walking distance. Room were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast is fantastic and worth every dollar. Only regret was we should have stayed a few more nights.

This hotel came up as a suggestion from Amex fine hotels and resorts. Having stayed at Delano in Miami, I thought I would give it a try. First impressions were not great. The reception area is very odd and cramped. You feel you are in a residential building rather than a hotel- staff are hidden behind a strange wall. You immediately knew you were not in a 5 star hotel, but the lady at check in was wonderful. Despite it being 2pm, my room was not ready so I went to the restaurant for some lunch. This was not a great experience. I think the set up is for people to share - but I don’t think it had crossed their mind someone might eat there alone. Basically the only option was starters of which I chose three. They were all awful!! So much so that I did not eat them - not that that phased the staff as no one asked me if anything was wrong. Thankfully the bread was nice. However, I must say that breakfast was really good just don’t have lunch or dinner in the restaurant my stomach still turns at the thought of one of the dishes. The room was ready, and it was a very stunning room. Large for Paris I would say and super comfortable. The only issue I had was the temperature, it was very hot and I think the AC was not working, but as it was november I just opened the windows. I would not book this hotel again. It is soulless and public areas are cold and dead. Perhaps it is way better in summer, but it felt like I was staying at an air b&b. There are SO many better hotels in Paris.

Terrible the service. Actually is no service, the room service is impossible to talk and they don’t even is able to delivery any day the correct order. Even a simple breakfast or a simple pasta. Location is good, the room size is nice, the service is TERRIBLE in every aspect.
