塞夫爾飯店(Hotel de Sevres)

The staff were all excellent, accommodating and helpful. The condition of the rooms were a little run down especially 55. The rooms were not kept up as to the condition of the ground floor rooms. The shower head would keep falling off the holder because the holder was worn and couldn't be tightened to hold the shower head at the proper angle for showering. Excellent hot water though.

Charming hotel and staff. Small room, decent sized bathroom. good pressure and hot water in the shower. Good neighborhood to walk around and close to several metro stations. We booked thru orbitz and had an extra adult in the room so we probably got the worst room in the hotel. Bottom floor, view of the roof of the breakfast area. Some rooms had balconies and looked much better. TV had no stations in english. All in all I was still pleased with the hotel and would highly recomend it, just ask for a room on a higher floor.

I recently had a terrible experience staying at the Hotel De Sevres in Paris. I booked a room with kitchenette, dining table, and balcony facing the street, but when I arrived, they gave me a tiny room with a blocked balcony and small beds not kitchen or dining area. The air conditioning and the blackout curtains were ineffective, and the customer service was appalling. I showed my booking to the person at desk but he refused to change our room. I contacted ********** the same night and I stayed on the phone with them until 2:00 AM they spoke with hotel but hotel refused to refund. ********** person said everything else in area is sold out too. I am writing this review to warn other travellers to avoid this hotel. It is a small, poorly run establishment that does not live up to its online photos.

Reasonably priced and located in a safe upscale neighborhood. Staff helpful and attentive.Lots of shopping and nearby transportation options. Multiple large public lobby rooms. 14e breakfast was good. Bedding great with 2 pillow types. Could use a safe in the room and a deep clean. Room furniture a bit worn. Nevertheless would strongly consider a return.

The staff was extremely friendly and the location was Wonderful! Close to restaurants, cafes and shops. Easily assessable to the Metro. Short distance from All major landmarks. My only complaint is that two out of the three mornings we were there, staff members started to unlock our room door to get into the room about 8:30am/9am-While we were Still in bed. This was definitely not expected as we were sleeping both times.
