In general, the staff seemed unprofessional upon entering the hotel, as there was a lack of luxury and comfort typically associated with a five-star establishment. A five-star hotel should welcome and support its guests, but instead, it felt more like entering a post office. Luxury is something else entirely. Additionally, the smells of food and overly intense perfume in the hallways and rooms were very bothersome. While the quality of the products used may be high, it doesn't come across in the type of service offered; everything seems a bit improvised. Furthermore, in the room, they placed the luggage on the carpet instead of using the luggage rack.

Would highly recommend La Fantaisie. Lovely boutique hotel on a quaint street. Very convenient for Gare du Nord and in the heart of Montmartre. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room (garden room) was small but lovely and so quiet. Spa and roof top bar make this a gem of a hotel.

Ce court séjour m’a suffit pour me rendre compte de la qualité de cet hôtel. Une gentillesse du personnel de l’accueil, au restaurant en passant par la chambre. Un sens du détail des accessoires proposé en chambres, la propreté irréprochable ainsi que la décoration lumineuse et haute en couleur sans le too much font de cet hôtel un endroit plus qu’agréable pour n’importe quel type de client. J’ai hâte d’y retourner pour tester également le Rooftop et le spa! Merci encore

We had the Suite 609 with the big terrace, where you can see the top of the eifeltower! The terrace and the rooms are soo beautiful! The details- wow! The service was good and the chocolate cake was the best I‘ve ever ate! Seriously, this is truly a five star hotel! We loved the neighborhood and can highly recommend this hotel!! Thank you for having us! We will definitely come back!

This gorgeous hotel is located in one of Paris' more charming neighbourhoods. Nestled below Montmartre, you will feel like a local as you discover the fabulous local cafes and bistros. The hotel is beautifully appointed with a charming decor scheme that makes you feel right at home. No detail is left behind with comfortable bedding, plush towels, sensuous toiletries, a thoughtfully stocked mini-bar and even hooks by the door (every hotel room should have hooks by the door). The Golden Poppy restaurant serves an inventive and delicious breakfast in an equally gorgeous setting. The atrium offers a bright space to dine on even the gloomiest Paris day. The quiet garden is an oasis in the city, a beautiful green space where you can step away from the pace of Paris. If you're looking for action, head to the rooftop terrace where you can take in views of the Eiffel Tower to Sacre Coeur. The staff are friendly, kind, welcoming, generous and took such great care of our every need. We can't wait until we can return to Paris and stay at La Fantaisie again!

Rooftop avec appareil de music Marshal et une grande terrasse avec sur le Sacré Cœur. 73 chambres avec matériaux très soignés. Services dignes des Grands Hôtels Parisiens.
