This is a hotel from the Ibis budget range, so our expectations were adjusted appropriately. That said, it was fine for our purposes and we would happily stay here again. We needed to stop off in Paris on the return leg of a ski trip, but we needed a hotel with parking and easy access to Paris city centre. One key factor was that this hotel is in a good, safe neighbourhood. Also, it has an underground car park (at extra cost). The staff member on duty was very helpful and took time to explain that the best way into Paris was by the nearby tram which connects to the Metro at Porte de Versailles. Just note that you need separate tickets for the tram and the Metro. The room was small and had the washbasin actually in the room itself. A ”budget” feature I believe. That said, the shower and the WC were separate, which was useful. The main bed was a double with a bunk bed overhead. One small hassle was that we had to ask for bedding for the bunk bed, but this was quickly sorted out. There is no air-con, so I wouldn't stay here in very hot weather. However, there was a window you could open. In fact, there was a sign saying not to open the window beyond the limiter for safety reasons, but the limiter was broken! Could be a serious issue if staying with small children. One key point for me is that there seemed to be no issues with cleanliness here. Don't care if things are slightly worn, but cleanliness is paramount, so kudos to the staff here. Nice local area with restaurants and shops, which is another plus.

這家酒店很棒。工作人員超級樂於助人,友好。我問了很多問題,他們非常樂意幫助。我感到歡迎和安全。我肯定會推薦這家酒店,我一定會再次使用它們。物有所值,房間乾淨。非常高標準和輝煌的工作人員謝謝。

法國女足世界盃觀賽期間，差不多是最滿意的一個酒店了，公寓式的酒店，可以在屋子裡做簡單的餐飲，酒店的位置很好，路口對麪200米有一個帶草坪的街心公園可以帶孩子踢球，酒店距離9號線地鐵站很近。出行很方便。地鐵口附近還有一個有規模的家樂福超市。酒店下麪的酒吧很是熱鬧，天天歌舞昇平的。。。。。

友好的接待,讓我們感到賓至如歸。停車場有2層,空間有點小但足夠好。每晚9歐元,似乎合理。休息室看起來很舒服,有踢腳桌,舒適的座位和五顏六色的裝飾。密碼和酒店鑰匙需要進入大堂,車庫和樓下的浴室。早餐對歐元的價格來說是不錯的6.50。我不知道是否總是這樣,但大多數產品都是包裝好的,例如果醬,奶酪,只有紙或塑料杯和盤子可用。空間很大,通風明亮。然而,我們本應該從價格上知道房間很小。浴室和淋浴間直接在房間內。淋浴房門有一個洞,可以打開。打開時水可以噴出這個&滴出。是小塑料屋,因爲有足夠的空間,所以挺好的。廁所不過很糟糕。門底部有個縫隙,所以什麼都能聽到。也很小很侷促。房間幾乎沒有空間,很難搬進去。附近很安全,與這座城市的連接也很好。除非我自己旅行,否則我可能不會再住這家酒店。雖然工作人員很棒!

Après une première évaluation que je qualifierais de moyenne sur booking, j’en laisse une sur Tripadvisor pour que les personnes souhaitant réserver au sein de cette hôtel puissent être au courant des pratiques malhonnêtes !! En effet quelques semaines après mon sejour et comme d’habitude je laisse un commentaire avec une note globale de 6, suite à cela l’hôtel se permet de faire un prélèvement directement sur ma CB alors que la preautorisation a bien été levée suite à mon départ cad que l’hôtel a estimé que tout était Ok. Sauf qu’à ma grande surprise un mois apres l’hôtel justifie ce prélèvement en disant que c’était pour les « dégradations » …dégradation dont je n’ai jamais été informé et bien évidemment découvertes un mois après…curieux quand même ??!! D’autant plus qu’ils n’ont même pas respectée la procédure devant être suivi dans ce cadre suite à une réservation booking !! Je trouve scandaleux que de telle pratique puissent exister…c’est clairement du vol !!! Je déconseille vivement d’aller à cette hôtel sachant qu’il y a suffisant de choix au alentours. E vais clairement porter plainte pour vol car il n’y a pas d autre terme qui qualifierais cela !!!

Was visiting Paris to watch the tennis at Roland Garros. The hotel is reasonably priced for the amenities/time of the year. Breakfast was pretty good and front desk was very helpful with the multitude of questions (with some good hearted banter at a point) given my first time in Paris. Bonus brownie points for the pre-printed directions/travel options to get to Roland Garros which was at a very walkable distance and simple.

Le Restaurant est tout simplement délicieux: la carte variée avec des légumes du potager ; mention spéciale au Paris Brest chocolat. Le cadre est très beau, il nous tarde de profiter du jardin et le service au top : Jimmy était parfait !
