Nous venons tout juste de rentrer d'un séjour incroyable à l'hôtel Maison Albar Le Diamond et ne pouvons nous empêcher de partager notre expérience inoubliable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par un personnel souriant et attentionné, prêt à satisfaire tous nos besoins. Leur hospitalité a été remarquable tout au long de mon séjour. La décoration de l'hôtel était tout simplement magnifique. Chaque coin était pensé avec soin, créant une atmosphère élégante et apaisante. Les détails artistiques et le choix des couleurs ont ajouté une touche de raffinement à l'ensemble de l'établissement. Les chambres étaient d'une propreté impeccable et offraient un confort absolu. Le lit était douillet et les équipements modernes nous ont permis de nous détendre et de profiter de notre séjour au maximum. Nous avons également été impressionné par la propreté générale de l'hôtel, du lobby aux espaces communs, tout était impeccablement entretenu. Cependant, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est le personnel exceptionnel de l'hôtel. Le directeur, Jihad, était toujours présent en journée, veillant personnellement à ce que chaque détail soit pris en compte pour rendre notre séjour mémorable. Sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme sont à saluer. Je tiens également à remercier chaleureusement Doudou, un membre du personnel véritablement fabuleux. Son attitude prévenante et son dévouement lors d'un petit incident technique sont à souligner. Il nous a offert un service personnalisé qui a rendu notre séjour vraiment spécial. Egalement à mettre en avant, le remarquable petit-déjeuner qui était proposé. Un véritable banquet pour les papilles, il offrait un choix incroyable de mets salés et sucrés. Différentes céréales, des fruits frais, une variété de jus de fruits frais, ainsi que différents pains et baguettes qui étaient tout simplement très bon. De plus, le café servi était de bonne facture, provenant d'une marque bien connue (What Else?), ce qui a ajouté une touche supplémentaire à notre expérience culinaire matinale. Il reste à dire que l'hôtel est idéalement situés si l'on désire faire la visite des grands monuments et place de Paris...la place de la Concorde, Place Vendôme, et autres Faubourg St Honoré sont à 10-15 minutes à pieds et le chemin qui vous y mène vous permet de faire du shopping. En conclusion, l'hôtel Maison Albar Le Diamond mérite sans conteste tous les éloges. Avec un service chaleureux et souriant, une décoration magnifique, des chambres confortables et d'une propreté impeccable, cet établissement a su surpasser toutes mes attentes. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience inoubliable. Merci encore à Jihad, Doudou et à toute l'équipe pour leur hospitalité exceptionnelle.

My friend booked this hotel for our business trip in Paris for 6 nights. The price was reasonable due to location wise although the room is very small. The customer service is what i would like to mention here.. Ibrahim was a night shift receptionist who was quite unprofessional and rude the way he dealt with complaints. The third night of our stay, we came back to the hotel around 9 pm and collected the keycard with him. During that moment we informed him that the wifi in our room was not working on our phones. What he responded was “that is your problem not my problem”. My friends even showed him that it really didn’t work. He once again said “it’s your phone problem, not the hotel”. After getting back to our room with disappointing service, I found out that the warm water in the bathroom didn’t work. So my friend went down to ask him for help again since I was already undressed. She came up with a shocking respons from Ibrahim again. She said “excuse me, the warm water in our room is not working.” He said “yes yes it’s not working” and pointed to the announcement on the lobby counter, telling her to read “FRENCH” announcement about the disruption of warm water without moving himself from his chair or look at my friend’s face instead being on his phone. So we needed to take a cold shower at night in autumn. Waking up in the morning knowing that the warm water wasn’t working was already annoying, there was a cockroach walking in our bathroom. That made our morning even more disgusting. I, in the next morning, delivered my complaint to a morning shift named “Penelope” who was very very helpful. She listened to me and tried to explain that the water disruption was from the road construction not from the hotel. I told her that was understandable but the way Ibrahim dealt with our complaints was not the right way and the fact that the hotel is located in central area of Paris, you should put the announcement in “ENGLISH” and “FRENCH” and beyond that he should inform us when we collected the keycard that the warm water was not working until 10.00 am next day” Penelope was also surprised what I told her how inappropriate her colleague was. Penelope also helped me directly with the wifi connection by calling the technical team and asked them to remotely fix my problem with my phone (which is also strange) but she was doing her job. Doing business in hospitality industry, SERVICE is the core. Strangely enough, I read so many negative reviews of this hotel, but seeing no responses from management team at all. So I don’t really know what do they care for and what do they want to provide. If any of you is reading this review and looking for a place to stay in Paris, try other hotels. There are way more hotels where they are the same price range but definitely better customer service. I personally was working in hotel for a long time, this is not the proper customer service you should get when you pay almost 300€ per night. My 2 star

很不錯,很有巴黎酒店的感覺。超級友好的工作人員和一塵不染的清潔!訂了更大的房間,可用,尺寸非常好,無法想象巴黎很多酒店都提供那麼多空間。從我們受到的待遇來看,非常家庭友好的酒店,沒有感覺到與嬰兒一起旅行對他們來說是一個問題,巴黎的其他人也是如此。大堂的聖誕裝飾使它非常非常可愛熱情,位置完美。喜歡我們的住宿

總的來說,我還是非常推薦這個酒店的…首先在巴黎…這個價位的就別想要自行車了好吧?平心而論,我覺得這個hotel對得起這個價格 位置:特別特別方便,背靠老佛爺,巴黎歌劇院走路5分鐘,盧浮宮走路20分鐘,埃菲爾鐵塔走路40分鐘,路上就會路過凱旋門,還可以順便逛香榭麗舍…總之…地理位置超級方便,我們去的時候剛好遇到罷工,走路去各個景點非常非常方便 設施:麻雀雖小五臟俱全,訂的帶獨衛的雙人間和三人間,廁所乾淨沒有異味!!!這點非常重要。廁所內有吹風,總之基礎配備都有。暖氣特別熱…不知道怎麼調節😂太熱了。前台很熱情,免費給我們寄行李,住了一個晚上,寄存行李寄了兩次…六個箱子都給我們寄存了…早餐不錯,反正吃慣了西式早餐的應該都不會有問題,就是很簡單的牛奶麥片吐司牛角包水果都有的 唯一美中不足的就是前台搞錯了訂單…一直跟我說我沒付款,要我給現金…但是我在攜程上是在線付的,跟他說了很久他才去查,才跟我說沒事了…建議大家多留個心眼!

Wonderful experience overall! Our philosophy on traveling is to spend as much time exploring the city (ie. not in the hotel). This hotel was perfect for us. The are very communicative to ensure you know exactly where you are going. The hotel is extremely clean with space in all the right areas (ie. great shower, WC, wardrobes for each person, big/comfortable bed, etc). There is a common area where a delicious breakfast is served every morning with croissants, jams, fresh fruit with yogurt, cheese, coffee, orange juice... the works. If you return late there is a kitchen to get late night snacks, coffee, tea. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The location is in the heart of the city with restaurants and shops right outside the door.

去巴黎之前查了巴黎許多酒店最後選擇了這家,酒店位置很好適合逛街,老佛爺巴黎春天近在咫尺。周邊還有超市和許多小店可以逛。去盧浮宮走路也不是很遠,最主要我們定的房型並排打開兩個大行李箱也不覺得擠。酒店前台非常好,永遠微笑服務 熱情,是一次開心的入住。
