艾琳公寓(Irene Apartments)

Na het lezen van de reviews had ik mijn verwachtingen erg laag ingesteld. En dan lijkt het appartement in eerste instantie ok. Totdat blijkt: -wifi en internet doen het nauwelijks -bedden zijn net een plank met laken erover -herrie van veel verkeer dat direct langs het appartement rijdt -herrie van buren, want je hoort hier alles door muren en plafond - een douche met douchegordijn dat om je heen kleeft en de douche kop die steeds over schiet op de badkraan Als kers op de taart kreeg ik een bijzonder onvriendelijke reactie van de receptie (die bijna niet open is) Positieve punten zijn het gezellige dorpje, prachtige baai en lieve schoonmaak. Maar dat komt niet ten goede aan dit verblijf….dus wij hebben halverwege wat anders geboekt!

We hebben genoten dankzij het vriendelijke en behulpzame team / uitbaters. Propere kamers, lekkere middag maaltijden. Top bedden / matrassen. Gezellige bar en zwembad + heel mooie streek. Goeie centrale ligging om de rest van het eiland stap per stap te verkennen.

Hotel Irena nie jest godny polecenia z jednego powodu – właścicielka i recepcjonistka w jednej osobie. Ani uprzejma ani uczynna. Robi to co musi ale jeżeli chcecie poprosić ją o jakąkolwiek przysługę to zapomnijcie. Na tygodniowy pobyt przysługuje JEDNA wymiana ręczników (czystych ale porwanych i co drugi dzień papier toaletowy. Klimatyzacja? dodatkowy ręcznik? – trzeba zapłacić dodatkowo (mimo, że w ofercie była klimatyzacja w cenie)!!! Rolka papieru toaletowego? – nie dostaniecie bo zrujnuje budżet hotelu. Nowa część ładna, basen zadbany. Ale poza sezonem zimno, ponuro i włascicielka lekceważąca wszystkich. Koce brudne, porwane. Teczniki tez porwane choć czyste. Widać mocno zużyte. Dostawka straszna, nie dało sie spać!! Gehenna!!!. Panie sprzątajace na plus. Ekipa z restauracji super i na tym zyskuje hotel. Na pewno tam nie przyjedziemy!

Una vacanza stupenda, pulizia, gentilezza e cibo eccellente! Per qualsiasi problema sempre a disposizione, un mare eccezionale e vicino circa 200 m! Una vacanza indicatissima per le coppie, massima tranquillità

Arrived late in the night and no one to greet us, struggled to find the room and had to wake another holidaying couple for guidance, eventually found the room with the key already in the door. Surprised that the room was located on a very busy main road (as not suggested on google). Receptionist was extremely rude and uncooperative when we asked if there was a quieter room. Room was dusty, tv didn’t work and beds uncomfortable. A shame as we wanted a quick budget holiday, but lack of manners and hospitality have now cost this bad review. We left the apar**ents after 2 days and since received a personal text message from Irene Apar**ents which have left me feeling intimidated.

I do not understand all of the bad reviews. I was a little worried about going after reading them, but we just stayed there for 6 days and it was fantastic. We are not regulars and did not stay inthe wellness spot. All of the staff are friendly and polite. Superb service from everyone. The room was amazing. Very clean and spacious. Absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The pool is lovely and clean and the bar sells a great selection of food and drink for reasonable prices. The cocktails are delicious! The saganaki is the best thing my mouth has ever experienced and I bought it 3 days in a row. Kids loved it. We loved it; Absolutely amazing holiday. Would definitely consider booking it again. Perfect.

Took my family away for a easter break ( only just got back ) was a great experience. Stayed in the apar**ents facing the road ( not wellness apar**ents ) and there was no issues with road noise whatsoever. Staff were very helpful and friendly and pool area was great ( i suggest ordering the saganaki ) Rooms were very clean and had more than enough for our self catering stay. Very good supermarket next door and beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Will 100 % go again in future

Lovely place, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Close to plenty of places to eat, a mini market across the road and just up from the bus stop which was convenient. A short walk to the beach which was very nice, take beach shoes! as it's very pebbly. Despite the issue with Thomas Cook telling us we were in the Irene Wellness Apar**ents, then putting us in the main Irene apar**ents, we can't complain for the price we paid. Room was nice, with a balcony that faced the road but you could see the sea beyond. Small kitchenette with kettle, fridge etc was handy for making breakfast and keeping drinks chilled.

I was worried after booking as some of the reviews painted an ugly story. We found nothing wrong with the place. Staff are friendly and helpful, pool and bar areas are great and service too. I would recommend.
