My stay at Greenheart Boutique Hotel was deeply disappointing. While the staff were polite and welcoming, the condition of the hotel was appalling and far below expectations. Breakfast Experience: The breakfast was basic and uninspired. Disturbingly, the cloth covering the bread had visible fungus, and the eating area where the food was displayed was littered with dead insects. The walls beneath the shelves and tables in the dining area were covered in mold and fungus, further highlighting the lack of cleanliness. Pool Condition: The pool was utterly unsanitary, with dirty water and broken tiles lifting up, covered in moss and fungus. The wooden edges around the pool were rotting, making it unsafe and highly unappealing. Room Accommodations: The bedrooms are cramped and lack essential amenities such as a TV, fridge, microwave, and iron. The bathroom is incredibly small, with no curtain to contain water, resulting in the entire area being soaked after every use. This constant dampness caused a musty, unpleasant odor, and the wooden sink stand was covered in fungus. General Cleanliness and Maintenance: The flooring moldings in the rooms are rotting, and the bed was uncomfortably hard. The breakfast tablecloths were stained, and the walls under the shelves and tables were visibly covered in mold and fungus. The hotel’s lack of proper upkeep was evident in every corner. False Advertising: The online pictures are extremely misleading and do not represent the actual condition of the property. The reality is far from the clean, modern, and inviting images advertised. Refund Policy: Adding to the frustration, the hotel has a strict no-refund policy for early checkouts, trapping guests who are unhappy with their stay. Final Thoughts: Greenheart Boutique Hotel is unsanitary, poorly maintained, and overpriced. I strongly recommend avoiding this property, as it fails to deliver even the most basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. This was, without a doubt, a regrettable experience.

Mooi houten gebouw, maar let op! Het ligt aan een hele drukke weg, als je 1 nacht boekt tussen de trips wordt je aan de weg gelegd wat heel lawaaierig met brommertjes is. Ook is het ontbijt echt karig. Weinig fruit, weinig keuze, dat kan echt veel beter. Wij zijn naar een ander hotel verhuist om beide redenen.

Goed gemaneged hotel, vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Het zout water zwembad is zalig (alleen voor gasten). Goed ontbijt. Kamers zijn niet groot, maar mooi met goede bedden en airco. Prijzen heel redelijk. Torarica is echt niet de enige optie in Paramaribo

Un magnifique hôtel, avec un personnel adorable et aux petits soins sans pour autant être trop invasif. L'hôtel est paisible dans une rue calme. La piscine est très agréable et est dotée d'une partie jacuzzi appréciable. Le petit déjeuner a fait le bonheur de toute la famille, surtout quand on a le plaisir de le prendre avec Mr. Woddy, la tortue mascotte de l'hôtel . De par sa situation géographique l'hôtel est proche de la partie la plus touristique de Paramaribo (basilique, Waterkant, marché central). Se balader à pieds était pour nous l'idéal. Bref un hôtel familial, convivial de très bonne qualité. Le seul petit bémol serait sur l'éclairage dans la salle de bain, un peu faible à mon goût.

Mooi hotel en goed centraal gelegen in Paramaribo Kamers zijn netjes maar niet al te groot. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en denkt graag met je mee. En de eigenaar Gert is zeer behulpzaam en aardig. Niks is teveel voor hem. Bedankt voor de mooie tijd in jullie prachtige hotel.
