We really got excellent service and were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our apartment was fully equipped. We were within walking distance from where the action is. The place is very clean. The fact that one can do laundry is a huge plus. We highly recommend Rachel’s Apartments.

This is a nice, basic, spacious apartment, located at a small alley in North Paramaribo neighborhood. Full kitchen, and good shower pressure with ample hot water. There is a laundry room at the ground floor if you need to use it. The location of Rachel's Apartment is very good: - Safe residential neighborhood with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Fine to walk day and night, unlike the downtown area which can be a little seedy after night falls. - 10 min walk to the Historic Inner City of Paramaribo - 10 min walk to 2 covid testing sites (MyLab and MeDiLab) It is best to reach out to the proprietor by whatsapp before you arrive with your ETA to ensure someone is there to check you in. He owns two apartments in the same area and therefore may not always be around to greet you. There is also a security guard onsite 7 PM-7 AM that can allow guests in after hours.
