I always stay at this property when I travel in for work even though the commute to work if further than downtown hotels would be. I have nothing bad to say about my visit, I was just a little disappointed because the pool was out of service my entire visit. They did allow access at the sister property but the pool was way smaller, there were tons of children and no jacuzzi. This is usually a highlight of my trip. I also didn't love the new parking structure. It would be so much easier if it was automatically attached to my room charge. the phone number they gave to pay didn't work so it was inconvenient after you've left the front desk

The staff, particularly check in/out, was extraordinary! So friendly and accommodating. The room and facilities were awesome and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this site to others.

We’ve stayed at this property many times over the last 10 years or so. We’ve always enjoyed this property because of the spacious rooms and available parking lot. On this trip we were charged $10 to park. Now that’s not much in comparison to downtown hotels, but it was unexpected and after so many years of not charging for parking, I was extremely disappointed. We will come back because we do love the Embassy chain however, paying for parking in a lot shared by the next-door hotel and no other properties around just seems like another job to nickel and dime customers.

Rooms are very outdated and beds are not the greatest. Staff was hot and miss with friendliness. Refused to let me check in 26 minutes early, and when it’s pouring rainout we just sat in the lobby until they allowed us to check in 26 minutes are our initial attempt. And they charge you $10 for parking which is joke since it’s just a parking lot. I could see if it was covered parking or valet. And the parking lot is so full I paid $10 to park in the only spots available in the furthest end of the parking lot. I don’t mind the walk but I feel like I should not have to pay to park in the parking lot the hotel owns. This isn’t a downtown metro area hotel that has an attached parking garage or anything like that.

Bed was uncomfortable, mattress was hard and seemed old. Linens were weathered and didn’t feel fresh. Soap and lotion bottles are not user friendly for people that are not tall, since you attached them to the wall above the counter. I love that you are trying to be environmentally friendly. All the employees were kind and friendly.

I had booked a king suite back in September of 2022 and when we got there the fridge has leaked all over the floor so they had to move use to another room. We didn't get a king room, got a smaller room but was still charged same price, all they did was give us points. The breakfast line to the station was so long as they had several different sports there that weekend and only had one chief, terrible planning. They charge you $10 a night to keep your car there. You would think that the money that they make they could remodel rooms so they would look nicer, they look old and run down!! Will never stay at this Embassy Suites again.

Comforter and sheets smelled very strongly of bleach. Air conditioner didn’t work properly. Shower was dirty and shower head was old and needed to be replaced. Tv was way too small in the bedroom for one of the more expensive hotels in Omaha area. Breakfast buffet was good.

I've never stayed at an embassy where they safeguarded the bacon and stop serving breakfast at 9 am; a warning of breakfast hours would've been nice at checkin, I missed breakfast which is my primary reason for staying at embassy.
