Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa Niezła lokalizacja. Bezpłatny parking i śniadanie. I to by na tyle z dobrych rzeczy. Niestety apartamenty są dramatycznie przestarzałe i zaniedbane. Nie działa winda i klimatyzacja. W lutym było dość zimno, ale na szczęscie przemiła obsługa załatwiła grzejnik elektryczny Pokój jest duży, ale jest tam zepsute niemal wszystko. Pourywane wszystkie wieszaki ( duża szafa bez drążka i żadnego i wieszaka). Aneks kuchenny bez żadnego wyposażenia. Pleśń w łazience na suficie, w łazience nie ma żadnego wieszaka ani choćby półki. W pokoju napsikany na maxa tanich odświeżaczem powietrza, prawdopodobnie żeby ukryć jakiś inny zapach Pokój jest czysty, ale strasznie zaniedbany. Na więcej niż jedną noc, nie ma akceptowalnych warunków. Chociaż cena dość atrakcyjna i na pewno ma potencjał, ale wymaga sporych nakładów i modernizacji

Oh god, where do I even start? The only nice thing I have to say about this place is: the staff were rather friendly to us. Everything else is, quite honestly, a mess. The rooms are so incredibly outdated that I am absolutely positive no one has ever reinvested a single cent into this hotel. Bedrooms are huge, in fact they are more like apartments but what is more impressive is how dirty and unkempt they are. The thin, cracked, yellow stained toilet seat in our room looked like it was about to disintegrate into thin air from decades of use. The bathtub had some white stains on it and our bathroom in general, looked nothing like the photos shown on Booking. There was never any hot water in the evening, only in the morning. Beds were squeeky and uncomfortable. The heater in the bedroom was broken and couldn't even be switched on. The sheets looked clean but I found somone's hair in them when we arrived so I am not positive they have been changed from the previous guest. There is a yellow stained bedspread thrown over your bed when you arrive. There is a couple of blankets in the closet that look about a thousand years old and are of dubious level of cleanliness. There are exactly two glasses for you to drink out of in the entire kitchen and they don't even match. Very spare cutlery and pots but it doesn't matter really as the kitchen was so dirty and full of crumbs and stains we wouldn't dare use it anyway. The whole place has a stale, weird smell that hits you from the moment you open the door. We paid very little for this stay but it was still below our lowest expectations.

Visited this hotel before new manager eager to help the reception staff are so helpful and the waiters and waitresses are the best you will find they are amazing also the cleaners are room was cleaned and sheets changed every day .A great big thank you to the chef the food is fantastic you will not be disapointed the lamb and beef melt in your mouth and the snack bar is brilliant
