Chambre standard avec un mobilier vieillissant. 3 piscines non-chauffées. Petit déjeuner copieux. Le quartier n'est pas très vivant mais à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville pour aller dîner en ville. Personnel pas très sympathique

Arrived about midnight with a swift check in and given a bottle of water and 2 very dry inedible sandwiches. Rooms: We stayed in a superior room and overlooked the 2 pools to the rear. Not a bad view but did also overlook the dustbins. The rooms are very large but also very old fashioned. They were cleaned everyday and towels also changed which was great. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Facilities: 3 swimming pools with lots of sunbeds, table tennis, pool table, shower blocks for use after checkout, WiFi very good, games room and a good little mini market on site. Food/drink: Drinks were superb with a great choice including numerous cocktails, frappe and milkshakes. The queues were sometimes large in the evening and the pool bar to the rear pool was shut meaning a long walk to main pool bar which was annoying. Food was a bit hit and miss and let the hotel down for me. Breakfast had a good choice. Lunch time was not that great but had afternoon snacks instead. Evening meals -Enjoyed the oriental night, carvery and BBQ night. Other nights were not very good. I'm not a fussy eater so always found something but a bit disappointing. Entertainment: Lots to do throughout the day if interested but I came to relax and chill out. Evening entertainment was ok although bingo and open the box every night got repetitive. Staff: All hard working, polite and credit to the hotel. Overview: Hotel is a good base in a decent location. The amount of returning guest means obviously the hotel is doing something right. First time in Cyprus for me but don't think I'll rush to return as not as lively resort as we are used to and quite expensive once there.

Lovely Hotel, but next time we will book self catering as the food really let it down, read the reviews before we left and just thought people were being fussy but after experiencing this we found the food to be cool at the warmest and cold at the worst is true that most of the food is chicken or pork don't get chips at dinner don't get chips at lunch only chips at snack time from 3 p.m. we traveled as a couple don't know what the children have to eat as it is always adult food apart from the desserts where you have a choice of jelly and ice cream or fruit or occasionally cake or rice pudding, however the entertainment staff are great the bar staff are too, the rooms are very comfortable and cleaned daily unfortunately we were on the second floor without a lift and at our age we struggled with the stairs clean towels every day . You will need to take your own towels as they are nor pool towels supplied and talking about the pole there are three we tended to stay around the pool where the entertainment and Bart was however the was a large pool behind the apartment's which looked like it didn't have much shared and no music etc the only problem again that we had with the pools were the ladders to get in and out we actually witnessed One Gentleman having to be helped out by the lifeguard (who patrols all three poles ) the pools are definitely not disabled friendly normal all-inclusive evening entertainment bingo karaoke fire show dancers all the usual Another thing we found unacceptable was that the toilets in the communal areas most of them did not have locking doors the pool toilet did the reception toilets didn't the rooms didn't have locks on the bathroom doors there were no full length mirrors in the bedrooms we spent more money on this holiday eating out than any other all-inclusive holiday we've ever been on this hotel will never be rated more than three star if it does not improve the dining experience in our opinion

Holiday with TUI. Flights and transfers all went well. The hotel is clean and well maintained. A couple of tips. There are no pool towels available so you need to take your own or buy them out there, (not very expensive) sun cream seemed very expensive in Cyprus so take all you need. The breakfast was good but repetitive. The evening meals were not stunning but we always found something we enjoyed.

The Good.. The hotel is clean and cleaners work very hard. 3 pools to chose from. Location is very central to the Harbour, Old Town or Coral Bay by bus which cost 1.50 one way or 5.00 euro for a day tripper. Pool Bar staff are mostly friendly. Drinks are good and I especially liked the Rose Wine. Branded drinks cost you 5.00 euro. The small shop at the hotel is convenient but a bit pricey for snacks. Close to the King's Ave shopping mall which has a Jumbo store which is a lot like Home Bargins, very good prices for all essential. Buy snacks for the kids from here they are half the price than the shops on the streets. The Bad.. The food is awful 😖, we managed breakfast and a few days lunch, but after the 1st night of our stay we ate out every evening for dinner which cost us a fortune. We would of eaten out for lunch every day but due to funds we had no choice. No catering for children and could not let our boy eat plain pasta and bread roll evey day. Meat dishes are cheap cuts of meat and very very fatty. Desserts is only 3 types of jelly and 4 flavours of ice cream and this is lunch and dinner every day. Find this shocking when you look at the prices and good menus for the Divine restaurant over 90.00 euro for a steak so Surely the food in the Mama Mia could be better quality and more food options. After paying for all inclusive then had to spend to eat out was very disappointing. If you go to Tea for Two restaurant which has excellent food you will see lots of orange all inclusive wrist bands which shows the majority of guests have the same opinion on the food. Would I come back to this hotel again, unfortunately NO ..

Really enjoyed our stay.l here. First time in Cyprus. We were bed and breakfast, which was lovely. Lovely one bedroom apartment. Great location, ideal base and very helpful staff. Would recommend and stay again.

Très bon séjour, appartement premium très confortable et grand. Repas en demi-pension équilibrés, bons et beaucoup de choix. Un petit-déjeuner au top. Un personnel accueillant et très serviable. Parking gratuit. Petite supérette au sein de l'hôtel, très pratique.
