The staff were very friendly and very helpful. 10/10 for the staff. It was close to the ferry dock. It’s in the middle of the city which is good because it’s close to a lot of things. However, very busy, didn’t enjoy that it wasn’t soundproof. You could hear the neighbours talking, people walking in the hallways and traffic outside. There was no outlets to charge devices at all. Was very difficult to charge our devises. The hot water in the shower was really bad, we had to turn it to the hottest to get some hot water and even then, it was too boiling to shower in. Overall, it’s a good place to stay for a night but no more than one nights stay.

Good location, in city centre. Across the street are the waterfront and ferry terminal. Shops, markets, cafes and restaurants nearby. No hot water in bathroom although I informed reception and they sent someone to look at it. Still no hot water for 2 days. Only hot water on first day.
