The staff here go above and beyond. Not only at the front desk and restaurant but the night staff as well. My husband got sick from the altitude after midnight but even that late they were friendly and polite and got the doctor quickly. He also had a great and comforting bedside manner despite the hour and had my husband feeling much better fast. We truly appreciate him. As for the place itself, it was lovely with beautiful grounds, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. We both got massages and they were so relaxing. Cruz I believe her name was did a great job. Aside from the issues with the altitude we had a great stay.
