This is an awesome oasis in Paonia with everything you need nearby! Catalpa Cottage is a beautiful 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom newly renovated cottage with awesome views! A private space, with easy access to the deck from both the kitchen and bedroom. A fire pit area to relax and watch the sun go down and enjoy the dark skies of Paonia. Easy access, and a 10 minute walk, to Grand Avenue.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Wonderful cottage, Great location!
We loved everything about this cottage. It was so thoughtfully decorated with great attention to detail, and had everything you could possibly need to be comfortable and feel at home. Beautiful, updated, clean bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom is perfect with nice windows and big comfy bed! Even though we did not cook in the kitchen, there was everything you would need to make a meal. I especially loved the interior wooden doors. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck at night and viewing all the stars. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! It was probably one of the nicest VRBO's we have ever stayed in.

Paonia Gem
The property was everything and more that we could have hoped for. It's extremely clean and very spacious for a one bedroom. It's so close to downtown Paonia. We were able to walk downtown and take the free bus to Big B's for the concerts.

Roomy and attractive place
The cottage has beautiful views and nice amenities. Very central location in town. Fabulous late 60's album collection!

Supreme Stay
Everything was really excellent. Possibly one of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed at as far as the property itself. Very clean, tidy, well-appointed.

Hidden gem cottage
This property was a pleasant surprise. Much nicer than the pictures indicated. Every amenity was provided. The bedroom and bath were spacious and well appointed. An additional plus was that all natural cleaners were used. The kitchen was fabulous even though we had difficulty with operating the cooktop and had to call the owner for assistance. She came over promptly and reset the breaker. The only negative was the sofa and love seat were very soft for us two seniors with back problems. ! We would definitely stay here again

Comfortable, cute cottage
Enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable and well maintained cottage.
Walking distance to town.
Missing hair dryer and umbrella but otherwise had everything we needed including an electric fireplace.
Would definitely stay here again.
