入住流程比較繁瑣 早餐還歐給，如果在多樣化會更好！ 都泡在水裡很愜意😌 有時候會沒有躺椅，可能碰到最近的人比較多 接駁到碼頭一個人400p 服務很好，可以聽到服務人員的問候 👍

酒店跟漢娜的hotel是一個集團的，在一個度假村內，公用一個私人沙灘（泳池不公用，為了區別沙灘毛巾都用的不同顏色）。酒店走到沙灘不遠幾分鐘吧，酒店外麪就有很多餐廳和酒吧，很熱鬧。 房間不大不小，比較乾淨，游泳池在中庭，每個房間應該都能看到泳池。 我個人不太喜歡的地方 1.早餐的時候小朋友想帶幾塊麵包去喂海豚，服務人員來提醒說早餐不能外帶，我們也能理解也跟小朋友交代了不能把麵包帶出餐廳在餐廳吃完再走，結果幾個工作人員就一直盯這我們，至少來提醒我幾次不能帶麵包出餐廳（提醒的時候我還在吃早餐並沒有離開，明顯的有色眼鏡看人，搞的我們跟賊一樣）就因為這點如果再去薄荷我不會住這個酒店了。 2.由於菲律賓簽證必須先定酒店機票才能出簽，我們出簽的時間晚了一天，導致我們機票改簽晚一天到薄荷，跟酒店溝通有一天我們兩個房間沒法入住（退款絕無可能）能不能換到晚一天給朋友住，酒店怎麼都沒有辦法溝通。這個真的是我出行那麼多酒店最難溝通的酒店。 3.我親眼看見他們用浴巾搽淋浴噴頭和桿，我要不是英文不太好真的投訴了。

非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，很值得推薦。離啊羅娜海灘很近，吃飯很方便。老闆是中國人非常熱情，溝通起來很方便。比起之前住菲律賓酒店，舒心不是一點點，因為小菲的辦事效率你會崩潰，光這點值得推薦。酒店床很舒服，床單被子浴巾挺乾淨衞生，WiFi信號強。至於設施，菲律賓這邊都這樣吧，沒法跟國內比。另外，強烈推薦參加飯搭子，廚師的中餐超好吃。

This hotel is one of the strangest places I have stayed. Decor is odd, there are palm trees everywhere so nowhere to enjoy the sun by the pool. If you are from England this place reminded me of Butlins, we were booked for 3 nights but stayed for 2. Easy reach of Aluna beach we often walked in and got a tuk tuk back for 150php. The sunbeds are full of ants, and was really noisy, not somewhere you can chill out. The hotel room shower is on a 7 second timer, the sink tap actually runs for longer. You have no choice but to have a cold shower, as there are no options at all, it's literally just a push button they type you'd find on a public beach shower. - The aircon is like something from the 1950's super loud but no choice but to keep it on due to the heat. We struggled to sleep. - We had a non smoking room but other guests were smoking on their balconies so were unable to sit out or even keep the door open . - We got back from a long day our to find no towels in our room despite leaving them hanging up. Went to reception to ask for towels and was told someone would bring them up. 20 minutes passed and still no towels. My husband went back down and they told him they only had one towel in the whole hotel due to power outage. So why didn't they come up and tell us that? The power had been out since we left at 8am so why take towels you can't replace or at the very least explain to us - we would have understood but no communication at all. About 40 mins later someone came to the room with a pool towel - too late and why not provide these earlier? The front desk staff honestly seemed more bothered by what was on their phones than supporting their guests.

Best customer service eveer! From arrival to departure sobrang alaga.All the Staff always greet you with big smile. We requested for a single bed since may baby kami. Walang available, kaya inupgrade nila ang room namin for FREE. Also, they grant our request for a beach front anniversary dinner at no extra charge! The manager , Sir Rey was verryyyy hands on to the preparation. Food 10/10 delicious, and affordable Room 10/10 need lang siguro pagpapitin ang bidet since nasa right sya :) but no issue at all. Amenities 10/10 Staff and Crew 10/10 lahat approachable at mabait Service 20/10 🙌 wala akong masabi! Highly recommended. Thank you Lord for the favor!

我在那裏住了5天。他們只提供早餐,但提供真正的煮咖啡和真正的牛奶(沒有奶油粉)。工作人員和服務都很棒。你要求什麼,他們幾乎跑掉了。他們總是很高興爲您服務,並滿足您的任何要求。他們配得上5顆星,但我給了4顆是因爲以下原因:一天,當我靜靜地坐着休息時,4個18歲的年輕人走了進來,坐在離我不遠的地方,他們正在大聲說話,用wifi。我問他們這裏有沒有房間,他們說沒有。所以我要求他們離開,但最後他們離開之前我不得不問他們3次。經理不在。只有維修工和一位女士在忙着打掃房間。這絕對不能容忍。我希望未來的客人不必住那。除了在我5天住宿期間的這個不必要的事件,我確實推薦這家酒店,因爲其他一切都非常完美。

我全家去菲律賓旅行，在這裡住了 4 晚。至於地點，我覺得從阿羅那海灘的麥當勞坐tuk-tuk車要100到150比索，摩托車大概50比索。地方不遠，也不在轉角處，但有時有些司機找不到路。 感覺就像度假村和宿舍的結合體，原本是一分為二的，但是非常輕鬆的氛圍，乾淨的設施，還有相當不錯的游泳池，讓我整個住宿期間都感覺很舒服。我覺得獨自旅行或情侶旅行時住在宿舍會很好。 外國人的比例遠高於韓國人，每當晚上有活動時，都會透過電子郵件通知您。如果你想結交新朋友，這是最好的選擇。 提供美味又簡單的早餐，非常適合滿足您早晨的飢餓感。蔬果新鮮，有空的話可以吃現做的炒蛋或炒飯。 工作人員非常友好，他們臉上總是掛著微笑。有什麼不便都很快解決了，房間打掃得很乾淨。 可以認為有點不方便和不利的一件事是該設施正在建設中。看起來建築本身可以在今年內完成，但目前度假村的三樓正在裝修，旁邊似乎正在建造一個新的接待區。因此白天施工噪音較大，不建議在室內休息。 躺在宿舍泳池邊的日光浴床上很舒服，但總是很擁擠。 如果這是您第一次來薄荷島旅行，這將是一個不錯的選擇。距離阿羅娜海灘不遠，可以步行到附近的餐廳，去其他地方也很方便。最重要的是，這裡靠近一條穿越Pangla島的交通很少的道路，所以在薄荷島之旅返回時能夠在很短的時間內沒有交通堵塞地返回住宿，真是太好了。 如果您有任何困難，飯店的工作人員都非常友好且樂於助人。我認為隨意詢問是個好主意。

酒店還沒全部裝修好，裝修好後應該會漲價。乘坐的航班上都是這家酒店的廣告。泳池是特色。到處是泳池，後期還有在建泳池。 並沒有出現房型缺陷無浴室的情況。有一個浴缸，一個淋浴的。房間很大，有陽台。 餐廳目前是跟隔壁的老漢娜共享的。沙灘每天有人打理。韓國人很多。暫時沒看到小童設施，不知道後面會不會建。

It was our third time in Bohol and stayed at South Palms before which we had a very good experience. This year, we decided to stay at Modala Resort to celebrate our wedding anniversart as I have heard that it is one of the newest hotel in Panglao. And yes! This is now my most favorite hotel around the country! We were allowed to do an early check-in (we waited for almost 2 hrs for this as they have to prepare the room but totally fine with us as we enjoyed strolling around the resort). Everybody was welcoming and we loved how approachable they were. Totally adored our room (Tawhay Garden room) and just perfect for the 4 of us (2 queen bed). It was very neat when we arrived, bedsheets and pillows were on point equipped with toiletries, bathrobes and coffee fix (with electric kettle). I also appreciate the ”Happy Anniversary” bed design + small cake (all complimentary) that they have prepped for us. Cold Cucumber drinks were also available during check in which were very refreshing. They also have a free photoshoot +1 hard copy during your stay (additional payment if ever you decide to avail the whole photoshoot package). The hotel is situated beside a mall called Moadto *****, perfect if you want to try other restos and there was also 711 for your quick needs. Front beach was super nice with fine sand and my son really enjoyed swimming to both swimming pool and beach. It was very clean and you can already see a lot of fish swimming around. Water in the pool was lukewarm, just perfect if you get cold swimming at the beach. They also have a kiddie pool and jacuzzi area. Breakfast buffet spread was sumptous and filling. Everyone was very pleasant to talk to and attentive whenever we needed something. Special mention to Jasper who had been my 18 month old son's playmate all throughout our 4D3N stay at Modala. He was very charming and my baby boy loved him so much. Thank you once again, Modala! We are very satisfied with the hotel's topnotch customer service and superb facilities. Food was really great and we enjoyed every ala carte orders that we made. We will definitely be back.

我們晚飯後在這家酒店周圍辦理入住,沒有事先預訂。謝天謝地,他們有空房。但除非他們作出改進,否則我不推薦這家酒店。因此,首先,我將從優點開始:-位置很好。就在panglao繁忙的主街的中心,沿着alona海灘輕鬆地步行--早餐食物很好--房間面積對於3人組來說有點小,但我們設法--不是海灘前沿,但有一個小型的浸泡池。接待員似乎對我們的問題很生氣,例如:價格和到達時可用的房間。她不想被我們的突然到來打擾。-淋浴的水壓很差。由於水流很慢,她花了很多時間淋浴。匆忙時不好。浴室很小,特別是高個子的人。淋浴頭髒髒生鏽。-大堂燈光很差,到達時沒有空調。-早餐時,他們的兩名員工正在進行一場隨意的交談,他們在網上點的菜,讀:接待員和服務員彼此大聲交談。接待員在接待區/大堂,而女服務員在酒吧。這不是一份愉快的早餐。他們沒有禮貌,保持低聲,以便包括我們在內的客人可以享受一份安靜/愉快的早餐。-廁所裏散發着臭味,包括水池。-水池位於我牀邊,而櫃子下面很髒。(檢查圖片)-他們可以改善員工的服務和培訓。- 我認爲一般而言沒有什麼價值(個人意見基於經驗)
