懸崖水療度假村(The Cliff Resort & Spa, Panchgani)

Great place to relax. Had visited with my parents, wife and daughter on 24th April. First thing that struck all of us was the breathtaking views from the room. We had taken two rooms of Magnolia type. Rooms were spacious and adequately equipped with basic amenities. The rooms were all facing the beautiful pool overlooking the valley and the lake. They have decent sized lawns with the pool with green grass which make the view more better. Amazing views, must admit. The bar was below the lobby and again overlooking the valley. They have happy hours from 4 to 7 pm where they have 1 drink free for 2 drinks from their bar menu. Drinks were pretty affordable. They have a decent Gym and a common room too. They also have a SPA which caters to males and females. Though did not visit but seemed good. They have a restaurant which serves delicious and modern cuisines of different countries including Japanese, European etc. Staff faces were ever smiling and trying to give their best to please all guests. Rooms are decently priced and include breakfast which is basic and good.

The ambience of the restaurant was really nice and the food was very hygienic and tasty. The overall service was really nice, and the staff took great care of our needs and made food according to our preferences. The food was great and the service provided by Sai was amazing. Great hospitality 👍⭐️

We booked this beautiful resort on our 1st wedding anniversary. We really enjoyed the place the view is eye Catching and the hospitality is at its best. We stayed for 2 Nights and really enjoyed our stay because each and every staff is professional and friendly too. We would love to visit again.

This is place is truly amazing and heaven like you can peacefully work and spend time with nature and you will not understand how the day has passed. We honestly loved our stay and some special mentions would like to give Priyanka, Afreen and Subhrato they were excellent in their jobs. Recommendations given to everyone

We came at The Cliff Resort and Spa for our anniversary celebration and it’s was very peaceful stay. The great thing about resort is View of the vally and property is very beautiful. Resort staff very supportive, special thanks to Deepak ji, Priyanka mam, Rakesh and Naveen helpful for everything we asked to them. Last but not to mention Food is very delicious. We would like to visit again in our next Panchgani visit. Thanks for making our day memorable.

Excellent service and Food. Nice place to visit again. Good services from Sourav Chandai. Good view point from here. Good time spending Good rooms and clean. Staff is supportive and helpful. Good place in nature recommend to all visit again.

Very very unprofessional service by the staff of the Resort. Just waste of money and time staying at cliff. Do not visit the hotel.
