巴拿馬城海灘/海濱凱悅嘉軒飯店(Hyatt Place Panama City Beach/Beachfront)

Chambre vue sur l’océan, magnifique. Les petits déjeuner sont bons. Stationnement gratuit en face de l’hôtel. Piscine chauffée. Facile d’aller marcher sur la plage. Staff à la réception super gentille. Il y avait un « piqué » un sur matelas sur le lit ce qui faisait que c’était moins confortable.

Hotel is amazing as is hotel property. However the young man responsible for putting the beach chairs out is very rude and should not be in customer service. The one riding the jet ski in and out throughout the day doing unsafe maneuvers in front of younger children should not be tolerated. Either they are there for the guests or to play

nice package of accommodation, dining and beach and pool; what i did not like was that not everyone at the reception was very helpful. One lady at the evening when asking about a late checkout just told me to check the next day but could have done better since i had a better experience a few weeks before when another person helped me instantly and made the logistics a whole lot better.

This hotel is very nice & clean. The staff were so amazing, friendly, & professional. People smile and greet you as you walk by. I love this. Sandra, one of the front desk staff was the best. She explained everything when we arrived and answered all our questions throughout our stay. The food was good. We loved that there was a buffet every morning and we could over look the ocean as we ate. No was so energetic. He was always so personable with the customers. The views were gorgeous whether it was day or night. We rented a poolside cabana one day and it was totally worth it. There are excursions for purchase right on the beach. Last but not least the location was perfect for us. We love to walk everywhere. You are close to pier park with tons of restaurants and shops. There are so many other options as well. Fantastic location, service, people, & stay.

Beautiful hotel beautiful view pool/lazy river was amazing I believe it was a saltwater pool hot tub was hot room was nice plenty of room for 3 people breakfast was okay not very much flavor overall we would definitely stay there again

Absolutely did not meet expectations….advertised EV charging but only had Tesla charging, bathroom floor dirty and grout covered, blind cord broken, no tonic water in bar. Finally spoke to manager Steve who at least offered some compensation

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Beach was well kept and gorgeous. Staff was very friendly and the decor was beautiful. Walking distance to plenty of dining and entertainment options. Would stay again.

The property was cleaned they've good breakfast includes and excellent coustemerservice.

Hotel added a ~$60 resort fee, which is annoying but pretty standard now. But then they ran out of towels by the pool and said they weren’t going to restock them, the pool bar was closed, ice machines were all turned off, etc. Not major issues, but pretty annoying when you’ve prepaid the hotel and are charged an incremental fee for amenities at check in, to have those amenities end up not being available.
