The motel is old and has been renovated in part but is still lacking in many ways. For example there are no USB charging ports in the room, as I have had in some others, and the mattress was "cratered" in the middle from many years of use. That made the bed less than comfortable. One day when I got up, there was an 1" long cockroach in the room. The daytime front desk personnel were less than polite - and when our plans had to change (death of a friend) and we had to leave early I was informed that I could "choose early departure, but we will not refund any of your reservation" in a hostile tone. I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend this motel to anyone.

The check in was atrocious, it wasn't until I got to the desk that I realized why, Tarica or whatever her name is took her time at every opportunity and couldn't be bothered to reach for a form at the spot where she placed it after I filled it out. I can only imagine how frustrating it was for the foreigners in front of me. When reservations are made why can't some of that info already be populated in the form you initial? I get that you're only going to have one person working at 7 and 9pm and it's the off season but a self checkin kiosk would mitigate unmotivated employees.

When i was at the Wyndham PCB there was nothing I did not lick the place was very clean and the staff where very nive to me and the breakfast was very good i had no complaints about it every day the was diffrent every day. Yes I would go there again and tell my friends about the hotel And the made me very welcome.

The wonan up front was rude. Would not give me a receipt. Not sure how to get my rewards points. Mts. Williams.

Overall, I give it a 5 star. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. I booked a suite, the room was ready early. There was only 1 towel and I had to go get another towel even after I had put in that there would be 2 guests. But that was not a problem. The TV was missing out of the living room, I only stayed 1 night so I wasn't terribly worried about that. The TV in the bedroom could've been bigger considering the size of the room and I was paying for a suite. I could see in the windows of some other rooms and the TVs were a lot bigger. Anyway, it was a nice getaway.

Our floors in our room were dirty. We only had one regular coffee in Our room and when I went to the front desk to ask for more I was pointed to the breakfast area. I asked again and was told you had two… I said but I’m staying for 3 nights… Also, the lighting was terrible. Light switches everywhere but went to nothing in the bedroom.

The rooms are a bit outdated and the bathroom wreaks of mildew and mold . The staff is very friendly and helpful

Hotel was clean. Easy free parking. Desk clerk was in breakfast area when i arrived. Several minutes later she finally noticed me, and said, can i help you? I replied, I would like to check in. I handed her my drivers license, and she gave me somebodies else paperwork to fill out. I said, this isnt me. She asked me my name again, and finally found the right paperwork. In the meantime, 3 others came in to check in. One would think reading my license as she did would have avoid this delay.
