Love staying here. The place is dated but we had everything we needed. Lorie and Wayne welcomed us again this year. The employees and guests feel like family. We have truly enjoyed staying here. The beach is awesome. Will be returning February 2025.

We had to leave Daytona Beach because of Hurricane Nicole and decided to drive up to Panama City Beach. We always like Mom & Pop places and found this little gem. They also own other properties across the street and you can use that pool. We enjoyed our stay, just steps from the beautiful beach. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable.

This place is very outdated but we stay here because it’s on the beach and closer to our family who are locals. We always get a kitchenette whenever we stay anywhere and asked for one when we booked and paid our deposit TWO months ago. Today I called to verify check in time and our kitchenette and the man was highly rude he stated we would not have a kitchenette that all we get is a coffee pot and a mini fridge. 3 kids & that’s what they expect us to deal with. So I called back to cancel and get our deposit back to book elsewhere. They informed me that they would not give it back that we had to pay for tonight’s stay even though they failed to provide us with what we asked for upon booking and we didn’t stay. They are crooks. Stay away!!

For the rates, you can beat this little place, right on the beach. There are quite a few places to eat, drink and be merry within walking distance. This place is not fancy, but it is clean, and the staff is very nice! Parking is a little tight, but there is an over flow area as they own several properties right across the street. The property was going through a facelift so don't let the outside fool you...we were not disappointed in our room. The large deck offers up nice views of the sunsets. And has plenty of seating for guest's, you might want to bring your own chairs if you want to sit on the beach.

Hidden Gem and we loved it. It’s nothing fancy, but that’s OK you don’t need that when you’re visiting the area to explore and spend time with family. It was very clean and the walk across the street to the beach was maybe 30 steps. We had the pink flamingo room and liked it enough that we inquired about pre-booking for next year. Our full kitchen was super convenient and had everything we needed. It is a large bed with a futon, but if I had more than one child with us, I would probably get a larger room. I booked very last minute and this is all they had left and it was a bit small - but that’s on me for waiting too long to book. We did inquire about one and two bedroom units for our next visit. Even last minute when we extended our stay for one night due to bad weather, they were super accommodating and the price was so reasonable. We actually arrived late to Florida and their office was closed, I called the number on the door and a lovely gentleman walked across the street and gave us a key. Just an overall very good experience. Heads up, the pool is not heated and it is cold if the weather is not decent. If you have young kids it is super close to mini golf, arcade, go karts and shopping. And I mean literally a 30 second walk to the end of the street
