Upper deck has grill, table with lake view or dine lake side. Fire pit on lower deck for making smores. Dock available for one boat/jet ski. NO PETS, STRICT POLICY, WE HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES. The property is not child proof; but they are welcomed. There are security cameras on premise to monitor outside. There are no cameras located inside the house. If that makes you feel uncomfortable, please do not rent the house.
