Quoted and paid ******* $46.00. Then charged additional $109.00 on arrival dishonest and deceptive. Place is worth $25.00. Woman at counter is very unpleasant and rude. Room is as it was built in 1962. Decore and presentation is outdated and wore out. Recommend sleeping in car not there

I would give zero stars if I could. I booked online through the 3rd party site and prepaid $136 two days in advance. When I arrived she told me she had no record of the booking and that I had not called HER or paid HER so SHE could not give me a room until THEY released my payment information and funds to her because she "wasn't giving me a room for free" despite trying to show her on the app that it was already paid for and confirmed. She sent me back to my car to contact the 3rd party site to release the funds. I waited on hold while the representative called her and let her know that it was already paid in full and the funds would be released AFTER the stay was completed and he told me she was rude and yelling at him on the phone and not understanding what he was trying to tell her either. She refused to rent me the room at the rate that I had already paid and instead wanted me to pay DOUBLE in person at check in leaving my son and I 6 hours from home and sleeping in my car tonight because the money was already taken from my account and now I have to wait for a refund from the booking site that could take 7-12 days before those funds will be available. She said she had just taken ownership in the last few weeks but she was an absolutely awful woman and I would never recommend this location to anyone. She gave up the $136 I had already paid due to greed and wanting to double the price and ended up with nothing instead. Stay away!!

Avoid this hotel Hole in the floor, stunk of cigarette smoke, the filters in the AC unit were black, our room had a pool view - except the pool had no water

We got there with my printed information and after half an hour looking for our reservation which didn't find, the lady said I have to fill a reservation form again and the price might be different. That wasn't the problem was her actitude. When my husband asked about her way of talking she said we can go some place else if don't like it, which we did. Near by was Knights Inn , thanks God we did. The person very friendly and caring. We go to PA often because of family, that were be staying from now on. Please don't go to the Dutch Inn in Palmyra, PA, even doesn't looks to nice from rhe outside.

Average for an old and dated motel. Floors were bouncy. Bathroom was poorly setup. Door and frame were gapped too big. Light from outside was visible when closed. Toilet was running till I turned water off.

Not bad for the price Decent place to lay your head for a night ac worked so that’s a big plus not terrible but didn’t pay 300 a night either
