Minutes away from the AV Mall, grocery/shopping centers, and Restaurant Row! 4 bedrooms, 3 baths (one bed and bath downstairs). Gorgeous outdoor entertainment area with HEATED POOL AND SPA. 2 outdoor fire pits and indoor Wetbar. Ping Pong table, 3-in-1 pool table, and indoor basketball games for fun for all ages. Kids/Dogs welcome, sorry no cats.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Garage is off limits to all guests

Palmdale Beauty!
This location was everything we needed and more! Wish we could've enjoyed this palace a little more, but were busy with rally race activities. The house is everything listed and more! It is fairly priced in my opinion. Its location is great for all services and I hope we can make it back sometime soon to enjoy it more thoroughly! Thanks, Mike! :)

Great House!!
Enjoy our stay, there was plenty of room for everyone. Kids enjoyed the ping pong, foosball & the indoor basketball!
