帕爾馬巴斯克怡思德飯店(Innside Palma Bosque Hotel)

Everything was great, various amenities plus room service. Everything one can wish for in a four star hotel. However we booked a room with balcony and sea view, technically we were given a sea view but the sea was more or less visible in the far horizon. The view from the balcony primarily consisted of parts of the city and the hotel inside yard.

Everything was perfect ! This hôtel is marvellous to relax and enjoy the sun :)

Nous avons passé un bon weekend à Palma de Majorque. L'hôtel est très sympa et les prestations sont haut de gamme. Notre chambre était assez spacieuse mais dommage qu'on ait pas eu la vue du côté de la piscine. Nous avons apprécié la chambre mais malheureusement le bruit de la ventilation était assez bruyante pour ma part, je n'ai pas pu bien dormir à cause de cela. D'après le réceptionniste, ce son est normal. Ensuite, il y a peut être des petits travaux d'entretien à faire dans cette chambre au niveau des sols, joints etc. Sinon un bon séjour en général. Nous avons apprécié les repas proposés et l'amabilité des employés.

Tolles Hotel in der Hafennähe. Leider wird bei ********** auf der Website mitgeteilt das das Hotel über Parkplätze verfügt. Das stimmt nicht. Geparkt wir in den Seitenstraßen was in unserem Fall auch etwas länger gedauert hat. Hatten ein super Zimmer im 11.Stock mit Blick auf Palma und den Hafen. Tolles und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit lokalen Spezialitäten

What shall I begin with? It took us 25 minutes to check in due to only 3 groups of guests in front of us; the room is run down and dirty; there were multiple hairs on the bathroom floor. The shower door cannot close all the way, resulting in water leaking out onto the floor. The shower area was extra slippery; anyone may have a fall if not careful. There’s only one functional lift that can accommodate 4 slim people, you have to wait forever or take the stairs to save time. The hotel is 19 min bus drive to the city center, making it inconvenient if you’re into the bustling city tourism.

Pésimo hotel .. estuve 6 días y me robaron mis joyas y reloj de oro el día de mi check out y no hacen responsable dicen que no tiene cámaras en el hotel en la zona de custodia de maletas donde deje mis pertenencias el valor de mis joyas y reloj es más de 10 euros …. Me robaron y no se hacen cargo .. hice denuncia en policía y aún no tengo respuesta … no lo recomiendo nada es lo peor en hotel y he viajado mucho tengo varias experiencias y jamás me había pasado algo así

We had made an error when we reserved our room. We wanted a room with a balcony overlooking the pool but managed to mess up the reservation on a hotel app. The staff went over and beyond to fix our error. The hotel was very busy but they found us a room with its own balcony and terrace for a very small increase in the price. The room and terrace was fabulous. The room comes with a free stocked mini bar that was replenished during our stay. The indoor pool, sauna and steam room were the perfect end to days of exploring Palma. The location near the Castle Bellver was perfect. Walking through the woods was a great stress reliever. Also the ease to walk to the water in 5 minutes could not be beat. Finally lots of fun restaurants near the hotel. We really had the best stay thanks to the staff!
