Increíble hotel boutique.Ubicacion inmejorable en pleno centro de Palma.Todo de lujo.Instalaciones, confort, servicio, en cada detalle.Y sobre todo la amabilidad y atención permanente de todo su personal.En especial de Luis y Santiago con quien más trato tuvimos.Muy recomendable.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Staff is seriously lacking of people skills. Everything is forced; from the first hello to the last goodbye. The location is great, but everything else is not worth the money. Rooms are clean, but very small. There is barely enough space to open your suitcase. Our room (Red junior suite) was really dark, it had no balcony and a view on a back alley. It smelled like humidity. I understand, it's a boutique hotel, but still far away from 5 star. Breakfast was served. You had to ask for everything even for glass of water which you got served with rolling eyes of staff and thrown on the table. Dishes were very basic. Eggs with brown salad, half rotten fruits, hard bread and pastries. The ordered dishes were often forgotten and you had to ask again and again. Service was slow and staff was clearly unhappy with the presence of guests. Considering breakfast costs 25 eur per person, do yourself a favor and go someplace else. If you come with a car, don’t try to get to the hotel by it. Just park in the nearest parking garage (30 eur/day) and go to the hotel by feet (10 min walk). Overall hotel is no more than 3* and definitely not worth paying 300 eur or more per night. I highly recommend looking for alternative accommodations in the area. it’s simply not a good value for the money. Save yourself the disappointment and go someplace else.

Gutes Hotel, aber kein 5* Hotel aus unserer Erfahrung. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen, da wir das zuerst angewiesenes Zimmer bemängelt haben. Die Princess Junior Suite war geräumig und hatte sogar einen Balkon. Das Bett war sehr groß, leider hatte es mittig eine sehr breite Erhöhung, wahrscheinlich wollte man die Lücke zwischen den beiden Matratzen schließen. Hierdurch war für uns das Bett unbequem. Das Bad befindet sich praktisch direkt im Zimmer, das Handwaschbecken ist Mini, die Ablage dafür geräumig und als Pluspunkt empfanden wir die räumliche Trennung der Dusche und der Toilette. Hotelschuhe waren verfügbar, Duschgel und Shampoo ebenfalls, allerdings andere Produkte, die man aus 5* Häuser kennt (Wattepads, Q-Tips etc.) waren nicht vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auf jeden Fall ein Pluspunkt in der Bewertung. Das à la carte Frühstück hat uns enttäuscht, insgesamt waren die Produkte nicht auf einem 5* Niveau. Die letzten beiden Tage haben wir uns entschieden auswärts zu frühstücken. Alles in allem ist es ein schönes Hotel, aber leider für uns nicht durchgängig auf einem 5* Niveau.

Fui con mi pareja el fin de semana y la verdad es que nos gusta mucho este hotel. El estilo de la habitación es muy elegante y relajate y la cama es fantástica! Duerme tan bien aquí! La ubicación inmejorable en pleno centro. El personal es muy amable y atento. Nos hemos sentido muy bien aquí y volveremos.

Aufenthalt v. 30.12.23- 5. 1.24, Princess-Zimmer. Ausschließlich die Lage des Hotels verdient die 5 Sterne! Gäste, die den Service und das Frühstück loben, waren sicher in einem anderen Hotel. Bett=Hängematte, Bonsai-Bierflaschen, Terrassen-Aussicht grauenhaft.

Lo mejor es su excelente y profesional personal. Desde la llegada hasta el último día cada uno hace lo mejor para hacernos sentir bienvenidos…como familia. Un hotel boutique pequeño, pero que tiene lo necesario para tener una estancia muy agradable. Nos encantó.

Espectacular! Ubicación inmejorable en pleno casco antiguo. La habitación preciosa y llena de pequeños detalles y tanto el servicio como el trato del personal fueron estupendos. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Sitio muy bonito y bien ubicado. Personal amable. Para tomar algo, bien. Para comer, no lo recomiendo. Pedí una hamburguesa de angus que resultó ser una suela de zapato descongelada con sabor a rancio. Las otras dos hamburguesas de la mesa eran iguales. No vino nadie hasta que terminamos la comida, así que la unté de mayonesa y me la comí. ¿Por qué no la devolví? Porque no venía nadie y porque estaba con amigas a las que les da vergüenza devolver platos. Y tenía más hambre que el perro del afilador. Luego nos preguntaron y le dije a la camarera que no estaba buena. Nos ofrecieron invitarnos al postre (que excepto 1, muy frescos tampoco eran). Pero nadie dio explicaciones o disculpas por la hamburguesa. Para fin de fiesta, pedí un café descafeinado, y por la noche cuando no me podía dormir, descubrí que seguramente descafeinado no era. No puede ser que en un sitio que se presupone de calidad tengan esa carne en el congelador.
