哈迪城市飯店(Hotel Ciutat Jardi)

Très bel hôtel très bien situé au bord de la mer, avec une architecture peu banale, le personnel est exceptionnel, très attentionné et très serviable ; le petit déjeuner est excellent, très copieux et très bon. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la piscine agréable, la mer a 50 mètres ! On a quitté l’hôtel a 15heures, mais après avoir rendu les clés le matin, on peut rester à l ´hôtel, profiter de la mer et de la piscine , on nous a prêté les serviettes, on a pu se doucher et se changer avant de monter dans le taxi ; vraiment merci et bravo !

Un superbe hôtel à taille humaine . Nous sommes ici loin des hôtels de tourisme de masse . Le personnel est attentif et au petit soin . L’hôtel est en bord de plage . Petite piscine très agréable . Les chambres sont belles et propres . La climatisation est efficace et individuelle. Nous avons testé le restaurant de l’hôtel qui était très bon .

While the building is an old 1920, it felt like walking into my grandmas old home, tired, lack of brightness, character, and the furniture felt like a second hand shop. Arrived a day late because of plane issues and therefore paid €400+ for one night because of the policy. Ok, but they wouldn’t add breakfast, not even a coffee for breakfast… and no kettle or anything in the old tired crowded room. Definitely not worth the value

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits à l'hôtel Ciutat Jardi, situé à quelques kilomètres de l'aéroport. Un petit hôtel historique et de charme ( 20 chambres et suites seulement, nous voulions éviter les très gros hotels usines à touristes). Situé en bordure d'une belle plage et un quartier résidentiel très calme. L'hôtel dispose d'une toute petite piscine et un petit jardin fleuri de lauriers roses que dominent des palmiers. Charmant accueil. Nous avions une chambre standard, peut-être pas très grande, côté arrière, très calme, bonne salle de bains, bien climatisée. Nous avions choisi la demi-pension. Bon petit-déjeuner buffet, dîner à choisir dans la carte. Service très souriant et sympathique. Pour visiter Palma, à quelques minutes à pieds de l'hôtel,bus n°35 qui nous emmene en 20 mn environ à la cathédrale son terminus, en passant par la Plaça de Espana... On a bien aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel unique.

Un hotel pequeño, con mucho encanto y una atención impecable. La ubicación es excelente, en primera línea de playa y cerca del centro de Palma, pudiendo ir dando un paseo. Los desayunos en el jardín nos encantaron y lo mejor ha sido la atención de todo el personal, siempre amables y con una sonrisa. Sin duda lo recomiendo e intentaré repetir

The best that can be said about the hotel is the location,friendliness of the staff and breakfast.Apart from that this was a very expensive hotel with worn out rooms and bathrooms.First time I’ve experienced that a hotel charges for the use of the safe in the room. Overpriced and doesn’t live up to what we expected from a 4 star hotel.

This was a very poor experience and my wife and I feel cheated. We booked what is advertised as the top floor suite which was quite expensive. This room was very tired and not furnished as per the photos on the website. There were many issues. If I had not paid up front I would have checked out immediately. Issues were : Room very tired and dirty. Floor in lounge area was filthy. Scruffy furnishings No draws to put clothes in. No door on lavatory so no privacy. Uncomfortable hard pillows and mattress Maid never cleaned up cups and glasses. No kettle in room. Had to request this. Tea and coffee facilities in room is a norm at least in a 4* hotel. Advertises room service but there was no phone in the room. When I asked reception how to get room service I was told come down and order or phone reception using my cellphone !!!! No water in room. This is the norm in most hotels. We ended up paying for water from the minibar. when I checked out I was told that the maid should have put water in room but I was never offered a refund for the water we drank. Advertises a cocktail bar and piano bar open until 23-00hrs. Nobody could make cocktails and never saw the bar open after 20-30hrs. So what is advertised is not offered. Overall I felt cheated after paying a lot of money for my 4 night stay. The reviewers who claim how wonderful the hotel is obviously do not stay in many hotels. This is not a 4* hotel and is very tired and substandard.

Wonderful hotel, in a great location. Great service from friendly, helpful staff. Less than a minute from the beach with great walks into Palma or to the nature reserve. Views from the room, especially the sunsets were amazing. Food excellent.

What a great little hotel, perfect location ,right on the promenade to walk or cycle along. The hotel has only 20 rooms, so you feel you are staying in a very special place. The hotel has great history and is a very beautiful Moorish building. We stayed room only and went along the beach to have breakfast and lunch etc. Buses are just at the end of the road, 2 euros into Palma and they run very 7 mins. Amazing. Why drive. We felt really looked after by the staff at the hotel . The manager was amazing and although our flight wasn’t til the evening we had a room to use that had a shower and towels etc, so it was like an added bonus. We loved it here and Mallorca is beautiful.
